I've had about 6 or 7 acute sinusitis infections for the last 4 or 5 years. It's debilitating so I can understand the frustration this lady felt. Not having a sense of smell for 2 or 3 weeks but being able to breathe is never fun.

here are several suggestions worth trying
buy a saline rinse - this is a good way to keep your nose clear
cook with chili peppers - chilis contain capsaicin that can shrink nose polyps naturally.
Use Tea Tree Oil - dilute first then swab the polyps with it - this can shrink polpys and reduce symptoms.
Eat foods high in anioxidants - broccoli, citrus fruits etc - these help cure nose polyps .
(I read these and the reasons they work from Jits Polyp Plan site )

The left side of my nose has blockage but I can still breath ok. However, the right side of my nose is completely blocked. I'm assuming its caused by a deviated septum from have several broken noses. I wanna be able to breath again and get rid of these headaches and maybe, just maybe get some sense of smell back

I tried most of the medications to shrink it and it keeps growing. It has grown out of my nose and also one side bleeds all the time. I really need a special kind of surgery without anesthesia because of some of my illness conditions. Do you do that there?

I'll be glad if someone can answer, well way back in my 5th grade, I am suffering a head ache in a one specific region of my head, what's weird is that, it goes off and comeback the nextday on the same time period around 9-11am, and when we went to check the doctor, she saids I might have polyposis sinusitis. So the thing is, over time a bit deformity can be observed in the area affected compared to the normal one. So I was just wondering, will there be any permanent treatment for this, so that I wouldn't need to take anti sinus capsules again? And about the little deformity, can it still be fixed? (btw, its the skull, right forehead area who has little deformity compared to normal )

After back surgeries two surgeons suggested I have a “redo” (not what anyone wants to hear). My sister had an extremely successful one at Johns Hopkins (also Ann Arundel for herniated discs) and my brother was treated for prostate cancer also successfully. So I gave them a try (flying there from out of state). The difference was pronounced in many ways & my surgery was life changing. Now I have a “worst case” sinusitis found on a CT PetScan looking for cancer. I have one person here to try. If it doesn’t work, it’s back to be,over John Hopkins. The staff, everyone are superior to any other hospital. It’s just a fact. There’s a reason high profile people go there.

It will come back again as it happened to me. You should know why Sinus are caused? If you can understand then it will stop Sinus. Try to understand 2 concepts. What are Turbine reduction surgery and why they are used. Also secondly understand what is Polyps in noses. It ruined many life's not understanding them. The problem with these are Sinuses and Post nasal syndrom with totally destroy the quality of blood (Post nasal goes from nose to stomach and to blood) and causes heavy heavy hair fall and many other problems like ITCHY skin. You should have already noticed them if you are with Sinus.

Is sinus when your nose is blocked? Because my whole life I have been bullied for having a blocked nose and people are always asking me why does it sound like your sick? Are you sick? And honestly I’m sick and tired of it. People still ask me about it till this day, and I’m only 12 years old. I wish I didn’t have it because I’m not confident speaking to new people and I am terrified of what they are going to think of me and my voice. You know once I was playing fortnite and someone asked me. “ you sound like a voice changer.” I mean I wouldn’t blame him
