Kulche Chole is popular street food in Delhi that is enjoyed by all. This dish is combination of boiled chickpeas (chole) and a soft white flour bread (kulcha).
Lotan has been serving this Chole kulche made with their secret spices every morning since 1918. Lotan's five generations are dedicated to preserving the food's quality and flavour.

Pls honest opinion ke sath video bnaye ......today 25 November morning me first time I am trying this famous chole kulche ....ye location mere ghar ke bilkul pass he ...but aaj tek kabhi try nhi kiya tha tu aaj me bhi try krne gya ...bhot umido ke sath ...but subah 5:30 Utah ker jana 7 baje tek shuru hone ka intezar Krna fir is famous chole ko try Krna sach bolu tu bilkul bekar gya ...purani Delhi ka hu swad ka ilm ( knowledge) he muje but ye chole kulche maha vahayat kaise batao chole ka size bhot chota uske bad koi masala nhi sirf boil cholo me thdi si khati chatni or uper se lal tail ( I feel oil bhi kacha tha )refind oil me lal mirch dal ker bus mix kiya or usi kache oil ko cholo me mila ker diya ...khane ke bad hath me lage oil se kachepan ki mahak saaf mahsoos ho rhi thi .....na tu cholo ki quality ,na tu masalo ka jayaka ,or uper se kache oil ka feel ....such bolu tu subah subah ka itni buri khane ki shuruat kabhi nhi hui ...ye mera fair opinion he ....baki try kriye ek bar tu apko taste ka truth apneapp pata lag jyga ....food or music ek tarah ka ehsas he ..... Islye I request you if you are food lover ,or music lover feel your food / music so you can easily tu judge right stuff

While it is good you describe the dish in terms of spiciness, what its like, taste etc, You dont mention how it tastes in simple words, after the first bite , like bahut accha taste hain, ghazab taste hain, average yeah theek thaak laga khane mein. As a audience and as a person trying it, it is the first thing one expects, I am not saying you blindly praise the food, but this is what gives the audience a true feel and creates a curiosity about the taste.
