    Sorry, I only know English.
That is quite poor support and rolling technique and is leading this paddler to fail sometimes, making then hesitant and no confident.
Hip flick, rolls the boat up 1st so that the center of buoyancy is under the paddlers weight. This is like push down with the upcoming leg and lift the lower knee to roll the boat up 1st. While arching the torso to keep the head down in the water. This rolls the boat up 1st so that the lower side of the boat where the center of buoyancy is comes under the paddler 1st and supports the lower body weight while the upper body and head are still in the water and have no weight. The torso should be curved head down (opposite to what this person is doing) so that the upper body and head remain in and supported by the water as long as possible. This vastly reduces the amount of support required from the paddle ensuring a successful roll or support recovery every time.
Failure to keep the shoulders & head down is the main reason this person is failing to roll. Looking at the support blade help to keep the head down so it is the very last part of the body to come out of the water.
Do the technique right so you can be 100% confident you will never fail.
