I looked at this exact unit! But the downstairs was too small and it did not have a yard for my dogs. Alma found me a nice place that was almost perfect close to the beach in Bacong for 22k. Alma rocks!

Good video on that new apartment complex and good value, as fully furnished and close to Valencia and Duma, always like Pancit Guisada , was on that menue , good honest revue of your meals and noted ! re the flies , night time a better option, obviously there are developers knowing Duma a good place to retire , so these places spring up, cheers and beers !

I see a small window by the water bottle to put a window air conditioning unit for the downstairs..the selling point for me is the covered carport with the hose pipe connection and a drain and the swimming pool.. I will pay for the water heater and the installation because I really need a hot shower.. I have already checked and I can buy a portable hot shower that will run off electric or gas for $200 and take it with me wherever I Go.. I am 6 ft 2 and 250 lb.. the place is just too small for me but I think it is a good deal.. thanks to you and Jenna Lyn for the video..I love the rental videos👍👍😊

We do Mr. Ferd’s rostered chicken regularly. The flayed milkfish is good as well. Even I enjoy that.
That apartment is I think just 50 meters. 25 downstairs 25 upstairs. I looked at one of those to purchase at 2.5 Million PHp. I would guess that was an investment property for someone for income, if you pay cash for it. I would think a good investment for cash flow. They really furnished that place very efficiently and with nice stuff. It was a bit small for us when I checked it out. The covered car port adds value to it for rental as well. The base units do not come with that.

Seems nice but I am not an apt. /condo fan as allot of those places popping up and mostly going for Middle to higher Filipino as I stayed at one off Diversion rd. in Cantile and Only Expat in the place (Guards saw me coming mile away haha) and ended up heating water in the tea kettle to do a Hot tabo shower bath as the water was very chilly. Mostly these end up being Airbnb as you Must have a motorcycle to access as too far away for trike

The place has some good selling points, though weirdly spaced. Do they have different model apartments? Looked like most have no carport. Location is great and central... and I doubt you'll have any roosters. The food looked great and great prices. Can you order meals to go? I think I'd buy 2 -3 entrees and take home; I'd bring my own containers if they didn't have any.

The added carport enclosure looks like crap. Normally a condo wouldn't allow you to do something like that. It looks so out of place. But we are in the Philippines. Where there are few or no rules. And if there are, no one follows them. They rendered the walls inside, but not on the outside.

  • @kevink1214

I agree , perfect for a guy. Maybe for two people max. Developers are making these style or row houses everywhere it seems. For me personally, I could never buy a unit like that. The developers make it too narrow, and seems very compact on the first floor. The kitchen is really non existant. And these are not all that cheap. 4 to 5 million and that is for a very basic unit, you find out later there are many things you have to pay extra for because its not part of the basic unit price. I know because my fiance's relative bought one and we went to see it, and he told us that he had to spend another 1.5 million on lighting, bathroom upgrades, kitchen cabinets, etc. Great for a rental, especially as you said a guy that probably is not going to be cooking at home much, its new, clean, has most of what a guy needs.

It’s not fun. From Houston to Manila was about 24 hours with layovers. If you have the money, I recommend breaking it up. The first time I came over, I stayed in LA for a night, Honolulu for 3, and Guam for 1. My last flight to the US, I stayed 3 nights in Taipei instead of just having a 6.5 hour layover. I also fly premium economy or business. I recommend going through a travel agency. I use Business Class Consolidators and they put me on EVA Air, which is 10X better than United. I flew United coming back and the food sucked
