thank you for explaining that you need to turn your work in order to prevent the seam from twirling. i did not know that!!! and it always confused me what the difference was between working in the round vs turning your work
I made this a few months ago as well! Though i didn't have a tutuorial for it, nor pattern at the time, it is facinating to see how different people interpret the idea! I personally didn't turn my work, for example, since i find that the back of the stitches show more texture, and i wanted to keep it smooth. No one else in the world would notice haha, but it was easy to zone out and keep on, keeping on. I had originally also started with single crochet, since i was fearful of it stretching, as i wanted it to be an everyday skirt, then loosened to double crochet, and even thought about doing a netted every other crochet, with 1 chain in the middle to end it! So many ways to do this! My inspiration was a midi length skirt i saw, but it ended up temporarily as this length, as i can always pick it up after summer and make it longer for the fall and winter!
Thank you so much for this tutorial, you have such good taste and you explain the tutorial so well. Finding this video made me so happy and inspired me so much.
I kinda agree w the below. It would be really great if you re-went over the video and put what the actual stitches are :) it would be really helpful since it’s a tutorial and I love how cute it is!!
This is brilliant, I'm making it for my 13 year old daughter who has a perfect figure. I'm doing hers in pink. I'm also going to make it for a young lady at work who has a svelte, thin physique like you do. I remember once upon a time in a land far away called the 90's and 00s I had a figure like yours too. I'm old and chunky now! But I love making clothing for young ladies who can wear this and rock the look! Like you do. Thanks for this tutorial!
Thank you. You explain well and your video clearly shows what you are doing . I only learned to crochet a few weeks ago and really wanted something I could wear. (My family have more than enough blankets and scarves now haha). I'm going to try this now. Wish me luck ❤ new sub here
Thank you for the tutorial. So it's one stitch where you add the stitch mark then another round it's the double crochet in that space then again one? Repeating it through out?
Perhaps, you make an extra stitch before joining the rows, this can cause a wave to go. Therefore, take a closer look at the video where I make the last stitch in each row✨
Cute pattern but I’m not sure you should be making tutorials if your not sure what the names of the stitches are you are using… cuz I don’t even know half of what you were saying I had to literally watch your hands to know what you meant so for the top it’s a single crochet foundation chain

Thank you for your tutorial, it was so easy to follow. Just made one for my daughter and she love it. Keep up the good work 💪🏽👌🏾👍🏾

That’s a creepy thing to say about your daughter💀

My skirt and top came out so cute and good! Thank you so so much for this amazing tutorial!! New sub!
I’m so glad 🥰 thanx ❤️
Hi. Do you continue to put 3 stitches then switch one on that same part till you finish or its only to a certain point in your skirt?
Thank you so much for this pattern! Super helpful🫶🏻
I just made this and I love it so much
Do you continue to add those 3 double crochets in one stitch then in the other role you switch to one till you're done with the skirt?
@@DinaOpn-ir3fo I only made the top I’m sorry
Hi could I follow the same pattern with a 3mm hook and hdc instead?
So young and beautiful, and talented too❤❤❤
Nice easy to follow video, thank you.

Good luck, and thank you ✨🥰
Very good video. Well explained. This set is for my next project ❤❤❤
สวยมาก❤
This is so cute omg
how much yarn do you use for the skirt ??? lovely work !!
4,5 skeins of yarn, look at the description under the video, thank you!❤️
Trying it now
❤😊 nice
❤❤❤
Im making my top striped, with extended hemline length for modesty but still doing same straps and drawstring in front lol
That is cute!!!!
Thanx🥰
Very. good. friend 💞💞💞
Is it necessary to add an extra stitches in the markes ?
Or can I just skip this step and continue crocheting without any extra stitches ?
THANKS.
I will start this project after my current one, hope it goes well :D it should thanks to the good quality of the video!
🥰❤️

Hi I from Brasil 🇧🇷🇧🇷🇧🇷 os beautiful
So cute 🥰
Thank you 😊
Hello. will the scrunch still come if instead of going in rounds, I sew the ends together?
Im a size M/L and am 5'9, how much yarn will i need?
❤❤
Is there a written pattern for this anywhere?
How much yarn did you use for the crop top?
I used 2 skeins for top. Size XS-S
can we use a 4.5 or will it mess it up? i’m a beginner
Then use a yarn that is suitable for a 4.5mm hook, if you crochet with the same yarn as mine, then crocheting will not be dense at all
my skirt has come out wavy

very nice
How you wear the skirt ?
Maam. What do you mean about that extra? Is that increase?
Yeess
So you used 4 and a half skeins for bothe the top and the skirt???
Yep, top needs about 1,5 skeins maybe less, and the rest for skirt, if I remembered right 😄
Is it okay if I use 100% acrylic?
Yes☺️
do we have to turn the work for every new round? for the top
Yes, like on the skirt )
Example: If you sell this, how much is this?
I’d sell for 25-30 personally cause it’s home made
And the yarn price racks up!
@@lailahjohnson2219$20-30 is CHARITY work!! this is hours and hours of labor. i’d say around $100-150
how do you wear it? the waist part stretches to much cause i wear it from toe to to waist
The skirt should be worn on top, like a top, then the belt at the waist will not stretch much✨
@@wonder_netting thank you so much!! so glad i found your tutorial! thank you for the tutorials!
Do we crochet the the strap from the top or the bottom?
I didn't understand the question a little😅but from the bottom, then at the top we have an extension and we narrow strap again)
How many grams in total did the top and skirt take?
250 grams
Do we skip 1 stitch before we connect to the row 3 chain?
No✨ you could watch more carefully at 12:34☺️
I can’t figure out why the side w the slip stitch is more slanted then the other side :(
Where the slip stitch is, there’s a point on mine & idk how to make it flat like you 😢
@@amandaemery_ Perhaps you are missing a loop somewhere that needs to be crocheted , I can't say exactly without seeing the work (
How many rolls did you use for the set?
4,5 skeins
@@wonder_netting
Many thank 🥰
How many rows was your waist
Did you chain 9 for the 2nd row
Where is it?
I mean like when you first chained 10 in the begining for the skirt and then did a 2nd row did you chain 9 or was it 10.
@@ayanfeolaleye2956 yeah 9, because we insert the hook into a second loop, so we have left 9 stitches)
I didnt seen how to make additions

True she needs to learn her stuff
Even if she doesn't know everything, she has the right of making tutorials if she wants, as her creativity is very nice as like as her pattern.
And I don’t think you should be making comments if you don’t know the difference between ‘your’ and ‘you’re’.
What a rude comment, I was able to follow along just fine. If youre such an expert politely tell her the names rather than be so rude.
@@gracieg9019they did tell her the stitches lmao yall are so soft aww poor babies… she should know the stitches before teaching other ppl go cry
3ply or 4ply yarn?
You look like tinker bell
hi
คนไทยช่วยแปลทีว่าเขาใช้ไหมกี่ไพลคะ?
50 กรัมค่ะ เขาไม่ได้บอกว่ากี่ไพล
