My cockatiel Beat boxing i tried this ever since he was 2 weeks old+ never gave up on trying to show him and he mastered it better than me!!! LOL Enjoy all

Cockatiels are the best pets to have! I had one but sadly she passed away this April at the age of 29. I had her for 16 years of her life and she was spoiled even to the end! :)

Hi all, thank you for the view and wonderful comments you all have left us. sadly my love birds past away both cockatiels are still singing and beatboxing away - the pied cockatiel can do it very well now too =D

This is a pity! Notice, that e.g. willow and other branches are very healthy nutritions, so the birds will be healthier with what they love most: fresh bracnhes and leaves and herbs!
I will send you vid as a reference-vid to other keepers that just keep 1 budgie...in order to make him: tame, speaking or singing!
This is so disgusting (watch "Dieter the budgie", Disco the budgie..."), and the viwers just applause and stress "the good sound quality" of Disco....your vid shows that birds also do have a sense for music and rhythm if they are within a group - that they need, bc. they are swarm-animals!

Hey Fuad. No problem you must rinse and repeat daily and your birds must be 2 months or younger when you start 15 to 20 mins daily and must be solitaire until 8-9 months of age

my 2 year old female cockatiel ANGEL can do the beathbox, too....sadly she passed away accidentally last year....too bad i could not retrieve her audio from my old mobile phone that died on me all of a sudden....

Videos like these make me more and more sure that I want a Cockatiel. They are gorgeous and intelligent. I currently have 2 Budgies and a Peach-Faced lovebird that -if they were mine as opposed to family pets- I 'd have out all the time interacting with me and each other.
Just because they're family pets why does that stop you from interacting with them? they're yours too and you should interact with them. Unless you're actually not allowed or something?
You've got some great birds....It's obvious you love them and take good care of them...

Repetition. Just keep repeating it, and the cockatiel has to be a male. Females don't really whistle or talk.
They do whistle, but they don't talk. Mine has started beatboxing. You can see my video on my channel.
Ellie Lannister depending on the female, some can sing. it's a recessive gene. it has to be in the genetic history of that female.

When he tries to bite, blow on him gently, just enough for him to dislike it. He should stop biting pretty quickly. Also there's a ton of info you can find on the internet. If you're going to own a bird you should probably educate yourself as well as possible.

He has the most beautiful voice I've ever heard from a cockatiel! The vibrato when he whistles--I've heard other birds do that, but not 'tiels.

Oh, what a cute little gang you have there! They all seem to get along pretty well, too! Cockatiels are so good at learning songs and sounds, but I have never heard anything like yours! Your love birds are really tame, too, I always thought they were nippy and hard to manage. Just adorable! What pet could be more fun than birds? Is a dog gonna sing to you?
