In this video I have building an Electric Cafe Racer from an Honda Unicron, using 4800watt Datai BLDC motor with an 48v 16s 24Ah lipo4 Battery Pack. In this video i just made the basic structure , in next part I will complete other things & also increase the battery pack do subscribe & keep supporting for more updates 🙌🔥🔥. .

bro nice project , i think you used belt drive for better performance , you make 20s 72v battery, and show us top speed I waiting this next project
to increase the speed i am gonna replace this moded 2.5kw controller with a 4.8kw sinewave controller then i will increase the battery voltage 🙌 , & belt drive will increase the cost 🤧so for now i keep using the chain drive 🙌 😇 thanks for comment😇😇😇😇 upgraded version coming soon 🔥🔥

Thanks❤😇 , actually its a 50Amp 48v controller, but i have increased the power of this controller in a previous video you can check out that video & as I already mentioned it's a 1200watt datai bldc motor & the motor can handle around 4800-5000watt peak, for making the battery pack I have made one spot welder that video is also available in my channel, & I have used A grade Lithium Phosphate cell 6000mah XXT brand, with 16s 60A Dali BMS,
Actually it's just for testing purpose, I will upgrade everything like battery ,bms , controller before making the body panels in next part I will explain every small details 🙌 Thanks for comment😇

Could have used the existing engine's gearbox. U could get more starting torque and less load on electric motor so low consumption of battery.
Otherwise it's excellent.
yes , I want to add a gearbox. , mainly for increasing the speed 😅 & the increased torque will be the extra benefit , maybe in the next project 🔥. & thanks 😊

datai motors are a bit rare, but u can buy same type of E-loader motor for cheap

This is what I've been thinking because doing like a little motorcycle why wouldn't you want to use like the rickshaw bldc motor because of the lower torque and you can always.. change the gearing to get higher speed but you always still have the torque. Because I am a heavy guy 360 lb big fat dude capable of building from scratch like you I love people that make their own bikes motorcycles and the other ideas. And just like the saying necessity is the mother of invention people like Us other ones that make the world a better place. Would love to pick your brain about the motor and battery setup I should use. Please get back always use Google translator if different languages a problem watching your video you feel like a brother from another mother. actually it's a e rikshaw motor just a bit better quality, I have used less powerful motors as well like 2.5kw peak in bikes they also works fine just heat up a bit after long use and also the top speed is low like 70kmph , but they also works just fine with proper gear ratios
