@MKAWED it is a yoko sutemi waza technique- and it is called Liesmann after its inventor. it's a variation of lats/kata guruma.

aidendude1 it looks like a combination between Kata garuma +sasae tsurikomi ashi,he just improvised he initiated the attack as a Kata Garuma but then he adjusted with sasae=blocking leg anckle from the sasae tsurikomi ashi tehnic

Oh,you're right,Hiraoka is good judoka,but Sobirov do a couple of techniques and all of his fight are very intresting to watch :)
