Okay but who is gonna push the buttons for me? Lol
Mel S I did it you can do it just hold the buttons on the handle
😂😂😂😂
Yourself😂😂😂
Go to 7 miles per hour and hold for 30 seconds.
Go to 3 for 30 seconds.
Go half a mile per hour.. 7.5
Back down to 3 for 30 seconds.
Back up .5
I am overweight, and when I go to the gym and use the treadmill, when i run, I feel like it’s so loud with my footsteps. I get so insecure 😔😪
k...
Everyones too focused on their own workouts to care about how loud your footsteps are. At least youre trying !
Same! I just put headphones in and try to forget about it. I never get funky looks, so I guess no one else cares or notices but me! You can also try and focus on how you’re running and not stomp when you run. It helps you run longer to focus on something else anyways and is better for your joints/shins!
There's no need to be unsecured or embarrassed. That's the whole point of going to the gym to lose that stuff. Don't mind anybody else. You're not there for them you're there to improve your life. Do it for yourself. Next thing you know you'd be shaping your life.
Tori Mae Beauty That’s like feeling dumb for going to school...
Okay so basically You Need To Go Fast And Then Slow And Fast Again And Slow Again?
I have found great results in my 5/5 strategy. I do a fast walk for 5 minutes uphill and then I run (7 - 10) for 5 minutes and I do this back and forth for 45 minutes.
I generally start by jogging at 7.5 for 3 minutes, then 8 for 3 min, 8.5 for 3, 9 for 3, 12 for 2 minutes, 15 for 1.5 minutes and come back down slowly with every speed atleast one minute. Works well for me
Prashant Kumar ain’t it 7.5 kmph u are talking about?
@@abnormalbat1966 yeah. Kmph. I like to warm up well
@@prashanttheheman i panicked bc the video said mph XD then read your comment !! but ur r also beast man! I can't run at 12 for 1 min but can run 6 mins at 10kmph! my kinda work out is like 4 min at 10 then 2 min at 6 ! repeat 4-6 times
I will definitely keep this in mind. Thank you 🙏🏽
I run for 2 min then walk for 1 min .... And this goes for 10 minutes. 4 secession.
Saw a trainer today have a client who is about 90lbs catch a 10 lb med ball while jogging on a treadmill and have them toss it back and forth . Tell me your thoughts .
What if our tredmill don't have a lift option...are they still ok
I just stick to a steady/fast walking pace on an incline and do for about 45 minutes. I have bad legs through breaking them when younger so running is tough. I sweat bucketloads doing this routine anyways and do it daily
Gary Richardson facts... High incline and I do the same to lose body fat besides running. Running outside is better than on that treadmill. A treadmill is horrible to run on .
Leilani White I bought a really good exercise bike also for my home to mix up the workout also :)
Use Earphone And Listen Music with it I Doo it too
@@parthpatel4782 definitly that goes without saying. You need good workout music
Hey at least you are doing something..
bruh I can't run a second without getting tired and you're expecting me to run for 30 seconds straight?
lmmao
At least do like 20 then if not 15
I was like that a year ago. I can run for 2 mins straight now which isn’t much to some but it’s a lot for me given I have a knee injury.
It takes time!!
Yes
I do something similar. I walk for 3 minutes and either run or walk at a 15% incline for two minutes to where my bpm get to around 150. I find this a lot more enjoyable, less boring than LISS cardio. Also, I found that my bpm are elevated throughout the day after doing this type of interval which must mean I'm burning more calories just sitting at my desk. Also, this type of higher intensity workout increases your general fitness but it can beat up your joints if you run.
Awesome, short, simple video!! 👌🏽
hi
do you walk on the treadmill
Awesome, gonna try it.
Okay, but how long do I do this exercise for daily?
How long we must use treadmill at a time
Do this workout for how long?
will you still burn 9 times the body fat doing this on an elliptical instead?
Hi.may i know how many minutes do we need to do this? I did this 30sec run 30sec fast walk in the gym..but find it difficult to press the speed button manually.. how to set the machine in auto mode?
If you have a precor machine in the gym you can select interval mode before pressing start then set it to a fast walk then on the active part set the speed and then the machine will do this for each rest/active part without you touching it again
so does it keep going up by 0.5mph every time???
Is walking 3.5 for 5 mins then run 7.5 5 mins back and forth okay for 3-4 times a week
Nice 👍🏼
Yeah, like this exercise looks easy, I can order around fitt girlys.
How long do u do this for??? 1/2hr?? And do u keep increasing the speed?? Good but
try aiming for distance instead of time
Try do 2-3 miles each time. If you split it 3-4 days so you can aim for 10miles each week.
what da hell did you just say
tree tea 2-3 miles a day. 3-4 times a week. So u reach 10 miles by the end of the week. Headass.
Guys this really works I do it at the gym and it’s really helpful trust me do it ITS SO TIRING LITERALLY I DIED AFTERWARDS but it’s worth it if you want to loose weight or get toned
_Bismxh_ damn really ? How much did you do a day?
@@sergiopreciado9125 so for 30 seconds id go on the machine on a low setting such as 4 then the next 30 seconds id put the speed to 7 and do that for 30 seconds and i do that for 20 minutes i loose 150 calories due to not putting the speed high enough but i will do it tomorrow in the gym it is so helpful i can feel my muscles getting tight and im loosing weight aswell
Do this exercise tone inner things?
I can’t get past 3.0 because my balance sucks 😞
How long do you do it for??? 4 hours? 4 minutes?
ESP DTX Exactly!!
Until you reach a mile.
Ariel wright aka do it for ten minutes Bc that’s how long it takes me
@@iluvyewbookiebear thank you!
Until you get rlly rlly tired
I’m hearing a squeaking sound when I make an incline on my treadmill... What’s the problem?
Watch the video called "adjusting the belt on a treadmill." Or your rollers might need oiling.
There's a gerbil stuck under the treadmill.
V good advise good vedio keep it up lv from Pakistan
@@varunyadavv Pakistan ki maa Hindustan hai mere bhai. Bolne se pehle tumlog sochte nai? Kise gaali de rahe ho?
I have fucked up knees so I can’t do this. They crack and pop and when I run or jog they snap and I fall or catch myself then end up with a stiff and painful knee for a week I’m only 18 😤.
And how long do we want to do this for
@Francis K I used to run 1 full hour for a year but didn't see see toning results just got slim. I've been trying this 2 weeks now and my face got slim but, I want to lose love handles and man boobs. How could I do this with the treadmill ?
Can anyone tell that what type of gym exercise helps only to shape body ,, not for weight loss..
Zebu Shah G lifting weights
@@zahidmahmood5342 but I have heard that weight lifting can reduce your chest,,is it that true?
@@zebushahg4164 theoretically yes, because weight loss leads to fat loss, which affect chest size.
However, weight lifting mainly focus on muscle gain with minimal weight loss. Unless you change your diet or do cardio.
So bigger chest muscles actually makes your chest looks bigger.
And weight lifting wouldn't makes you become very muscular. It takes few years of 100% determinations to achieve that.
Running everyday doesn't mean I will become Usain Bolt or beat his ass.
Zebu Shah G Yes, but all exercises do, with lifting weights u shape your muscles
@@leolow2057 OK thanks ji...
How long do you do this for....
Uh 15-30 years
A Dude ah thank you I’ll be dead by then. From exhaustion.
Why Today I seen someone say until you reach a mile
Having done this myself a few times now a Miles is a good goal. when you set the tread to sprint at your max there is no reason you shouldn’t be tried by the end of it
30 mins should be okay
So, how long should you do this a day ?
1 hour a day personally
I walk at speed 5.5 at incline 4 for 20 minutes with changing it to 3.5 at incline 1 or 2 in between a
@Srinivas Majji I can feel my legs toning up but I can't say if it's just because of the treadmill because I do 1 km air bike everyday along with aerobics and some 3km walk too. So I don't know which part is contributing in toning.
@@sofiatariq9612 damn...
I run 9.5mph for 1 minute and jog at 6mph for another minute. I repeat this for 10-12 times . .... hope that’s good? I hate my life while doing this
I run at 6 or 7 till I get my heart rate over 120. Then I walk at 2.6 till my heart rate drops below 120. Then I run again till I get it back above 120. This is an old home treadmill someone gave me. I find it kind of boring thou.
American 2.5 speed is way slower than 2.5 speed in the UK. UK 2.5 to USA is like a 3.5 speed or over on the treadmill. USA 2.5 speed is seems very slow
2.5 miles per hour is roughly 4.0 kilometers per hour which is likely what you are describing.
Can you do this everyday?
jwathas does it help
No. It's NOT good for the heart.
April Marizette How is it not good for the heart?
It should be obvious. It is also too much to text. So I'd like for you to research it. In short, it stresses the heart to do too much cardio. Especially hiit in access.
April Marizette thank you
How often can you do this per week?
Everyday if you can
Walk 1 min, jog 1 min, run 1 min....Until you reach 30 mins!
I’ve been doing this for the past year or so... start walking at 2 mi/hr and after a minute go to 4 mi/hr, after a minute come back to 2.5 mi/hr (4 is my max walking speed) and then 4.5 mi/hr and so on, I do this for 20 minutes and reach a max run of 9 mi/hr
wym reach a max of 9 mi/hr?
KID JERM here are my transitions for 20 minutes in terms of mi/hr: 2, 4, 2.5, 4.5, 3, 5, 3.5, 5.5, 4, 6, 4, 6.5, 4, 7, 4, 7.5, 4, 8, 4, 8.5, 4, 9 and then do a slow walk for three minutes, hope this helps 🙂
What about the results?
Chakshul Pandya it’s helped me tone a lot. I’ve lost almost every inch of body fat, and this is my main workout.
@@varshiitv5968 How many months did it take?🤔
The 9x more fat burn is simply not true. I don't know where it started, but it got repeated by personal trainers everywhere. Studies have found that fat burn was proportional to calories burned and interval training does no more than steady state.
💖💖👍👍👍
I know what website I'm going to navigate to after watching this.
@Nathaniel Rojo dude p-hub 😆
@Nathaniel Rojo he thinks that she's hot and he has become horny? Dude wtf how old are you?😆😂
@@ChakshulPandya Well everyone arent horny dogs
I walk for like the first 2 minutes and then run next 10/15 minutes
Lauren is 🤟🤪
Please prove that intervals burn 9 times more body fat than steady state cardio.
Great question ! Where can we get this answer from ?
@@angelicwarrior4133 I have not done any research yet, but I am pretty sure intervals are more effective than regular cardio due to some 'after burn effect', but 9 times (900 %) more effective? Dont think so. Anyways, If intervals are more effective it is kind of strange. You move the same amount of mass over the same distance - wont that mean the same amount of calories burned? I will google it tomorrow 👍
@@Brown_cheese Thank you
Yeah that’s great and all but you need to be talking about nutrition and calories . You can’t out run a bad diet Brian
I just go at a steady pace of 6 mph for a straight 30 minutes. Shit really kills me
I stick to 4+ mph at full incline for a full hour. You burn hella calories doing so.
Jared Rice 8 miles an hour on full incline
