I loved this video so much and it couldn’t have shown up in my feed at a better time. It was super eye opening to realize there is a reason why I have such a strong reaction to conflict/negative comments and that it’s driven by old survival instincts. Understanding that has helped me adjust my mindset so I can handle it a bit better. Thanks for sharing this!

I do not remember my first hate comment, but a recent one that made me chuckle was “is he serious” lol. The funniest thing for me is when the comments come from an account with no profile picture, no followers, no nothing. Just opened whatever app angry and ready to let others know on an alt account. I’m enjoying these videos. I didn’t know you had a main channel, but I’m glad the algorithm pushed this channel my way. God bless
I rather get the hate upfront. Either its nasty ungrounded comments that dont have any clue whats going on and it doesnt mean anything or its a musician doing a serious review dressed as a hate comment, those I try to understand. Either way all the comments help. The thing with hate is if its affecting you and why. If its affecting you, then ask why. Is this upsetting me because the hater is right? or the hater its just a hater and im just overreacting? I dont agree that being the best leads to something. The best musicians I know have 9-5, at least in my country you gotta use marketing and do all sorts of things, "play the game" which someone who only cares about music wont do, ever. Being the best doesnt take you very far without luck and marketing
