Hey Ashley, I ordered the X2, waiting for it to come. In regards to the X1, running it for 4 days now, and it's roughly on 0.1HNT per day using the stock antenna. It is however relayed, so need to remove that, and I am in the process of upgrading it to a 6dBi antenna, I will cover a video hopefully next week on it.
In regards to trusting the company, I am fully onboard haha. Even they have mentioned on their twitter that they will give a full refund if it is not delivered within 45 days.
Just to note Fedex charged me £89 customs fee for 1 unit.
IS there any custom tax/fees or etc for this miner entering the Uk?
Hello, Fedex was the courier, they just required clarification for the product before releasing it, didn't have to pay any taxes.

Thank you for this video. It’s excellent info. There is one problem with using Binance. It’s incredibly frustrating. Binance puts a 10 day lock on any bank transfers. So if you need to add some USD, there’s a waiting period before it’s accessible. It’s aggravating.
That being said…thank you for this clip. I’m waiting for a Bobcat 300, which should arrive next week (ordered it in June). I would love to get one of these HNT Miners.
Most welcome Jared. Binance is killing me with the USDC fees. Coinbase is also a good alternative if you have an account up and running. They are currently shipping out June batches, so hopefully yours should be with you soon. Are you keeping up to date via there twitter?

Hey Winner, Quick update, I did receive an email today from FedEx who have asked me to pay a tax fee for the product of approx £90, this is more than a month after I have received the product. I had to shift this miner from inner London as I could not get a reasonable location to place it. Currently in the process of moving it up north. Running it on the 3dBi was only earning around 0.1hnt per day, location wise was not ideal.
I will run it for about 7 days up north with the stock and then transform to an upgraded setup for 7 days and the revert with the rewards breakdown.
Functionality wise it works perfectly fine. I will update as soon as I can, just need solid info in order to bring the correct info out to the audience.

Hi Milosz, I've been communicating via the discord server with a lady named Shirley. Last communication was that it will take 45 days from day of order. However there needs to be a bit more info regarding shipping of batches, which currently is not visible.
Latest update Milosz is that the Helium web development team only updates the Helium.com site periodically. @@princeben7544 Hi Ben. I ordered the X1 late October. Was away so I was not able to install it by the time it arrived. Since then they released the x2, I think, not fully sure this is because they switched from the initial manufacturer within China. Was following up on their Twitter page.

Mine have stayed rather consistent. Is the area you’re miner is connecting to getting populated?
@@Crayban not that heavily for the rewards to drop like that. I had only 1 miner in Oct-nov making like 44 hnt pe month...starting December everything went down the hill, I added 2 more miners, 1 abroad and 1 at 10 km away from my house so I have 3 now.. daily rewards TOGETHER 0.52 MAX! Usually it's 0.35 hnt per day.. that's with 3 miners...
@@dan_dan89 Hey Dan, are you using everything stock? Have you upgraded any of the setups? The cause for the drops usually is that the hotspots you are connecting to have low transmit scales(which usually is the case in overpopulated areas) + you do not receive that many beacons as the antenna is not placed high enough. Even moving an antenna from the attic to ontop of a roof can make a drastic difference in terms of increase in rewards.
