I've been contemplating taking an intermediate riding course and was curious about what to expect. I appreciate you sharing your experience. Good for you for setting a goal to improve your skills! Good luck going forward.
Sounds great! Similar to one I took a few years ago, except the one I took didn't have any classroom time. It was almost all slow-speed handling. I got a lot out of it... and should take it again [I had the Vaquero then].
Little late here...I'm in pa and took the beginners class for my license in 2022. The total control booklet I printed out from the class is gold. So much good road strategy. Thanks for posting, I think I'll do the intermediate course soon. I go to the northern chester county course and practice all the time. It's at the old tech school near phoenixville on Charlestown road.
Every single riding course I have taken has always been in the cold. I don't know why, but in the Texas Panhandle, they always want to do it in the cold. But, it's okay. I guess it is one of those things where they are checking if you really want to ride. 😂

What times and days are classes available? I work third shift so I need to figure out when to take days off.
Good deal 👌 👍

I passed the brc, I wanna do the irc, what does the evaluation consist of to see if you can even do the class.. figure 8? I never got good at that
I took this this past summer at the same exact location. Boy did it challenge me but I passed.
What was the hardest part? Taking it in April to get my license, I'm on my last permit renewal.
Is there one on one instruction available?
😎👍👍
How can we get this in Florida? Do I have to be a PA resident to take this course?
