But after watching a lot of your videos since then, you have convinced me to get back into Ninjago as a fan.
The show grew up with its viewes, so when it got dark i stilled watched it because it felt more mature and less childish. Thats why its still so popular.
Awesome video man! Ninjago is a theme so many people love and is part of there childhood so can see why it's lasted 10years. There was no need to bring up hidden side dying in this video though 😂
There can be a lot of parallels drawn between Ninjago and Bionicle. When you boil it down, it all comes to how it was handled, both set *and* story wise. Lego just struck gold with both of these themes.
Basically the Tv serie got me into the sets that got me into LEGO in general. Ninjago is just fantastic and a source of motivation. Btw your channel is really underrated you deserve more, continue like that👍👍
Looking back on my 18 years of life out of all the early animated tv shows to grow up with, Ninjago really had a special place in my heart. Now when i revisit those said shows nothing hits home more than Ninjago does. I'll always remember this show fondly no matter how badly butchered it gets. And confession, there ain't a single main character that i don't have a crush on these days especially sensei Garmadon
As someone who only got back into the show about a year ago, everything you said was a HOME RUN for me! I love the story and the art changes and this show has honestly helped me feel more grown up without having to give up the sense of adventure and teamwork that I loved so much as a child. I feel myself growing without having to give up the wonder and it's been one of the best decisions of my life to just sit back down and say, wow I missed this I wonder what's changed. We've both changed it turns out.
I totally agree with you bro! I've been around since day one and, sure, I did went through a short hiatus after The Hunted but I did come back because deep down I am, and always will be, a ninjago fan.
This was a great video, well done! I just have one major thing to add, and that is how the show creates amazing side characters. Just think about it, would the show be the same without Dareth, Ed and Edna, Ronin, Skales, etc? Sure, you could tweak the story to function the same without them, but it would lose all the charm. I really can't express how underrated a lot of parts of this show are; from the amazing writing to the main characters and side characters to the villains to the emotion and humor, this show's impact will last for decades. I stopped watching when I was ten, but I picked it back up with my sister this past summer at the age of fifteen. I'm turning sixteen next month and have no intention on giving up on this show again, it's just too good. Great video!
