I also like Korean or Chinese spare ribs, hanging in a square box grill vertically on hooks with open flames, & some kind of BBQ sauce, I think made with hoisin sauce & other ingredients, think it is called char Sui, , but I'm not sure of the name or spelling, but they are good
Actually yes we do. Aaron Franklin has said he leave the skin on as they go through to many ribs to have the time to take them off. We also leave it on at our restaurant but we cris cross the back so it shrinks and you wouldn’t know it was even there.

Disconnection is automatic. - Second stage. Filled in, turned on, took off the heads, then in automatic mode. Disconnection is automatic. The safety group shuts off heating in the event of a cooling system failure.
im wondering what they use for seasoning. i thought i just saw oil and black pepper but then they had this orange-ish color sauce???? what was that??? but omg they just look so freakin good.......i bet it tastes too....
