Is it just me or do planes seem way more maneuverable on PC than they are on console?

You can change some settings so they turn better.
ps4/Xbox are running 30-60 fps and its capped where as PCs are generally running higher .
Not sure what servers these are with the bots playing but the servers I play on, the enemy team shoots back.

I've been playing for almost 400 hours and I NEVER run into players that oblivious. Maybe one or two, but never that many!
I've got 413 hours on board and it does happen but it's really really rare. Usually those players are on my team not me going against them:(
