作為香港人，一聽到獅子山下前奏，就開始感動了😿😿😿
今日因為睇到青少年管弦樂團喺ELEMENTS演奏宮崎駿音樂嘅一條片，我再次返嚟睇返多年前（2016年）喺機場同樣係由青少年管弦樂團演奏嘅嘅一條片。
一看見一班年青人，加上一奏起香港熟悉嘅音樂，眼淚就不停地流。今天多間學校停辦，很多青年人已走到世界各地，很感慨，很唏噓！

I am lucky to have visited this airport in year 2000! Felt so happy and emotional to watch such talented youngsters and the harmony they showed! Wish them to be able to perform more and more!

How wonderful to see such youngsters playing with such consummate skill and empathy for the music. Good music is in safe hands with these young people from Hong Kong. They indeed are the future and this performance would have brought credit to the most seasoned f the world's finest orchestras. For me these youngsters of MYOHK are simply wonderful, their very best may yet be to come but this performance was a delight. Thank you for sharing it on YT.

I just love Hong Kong. The musicians are so talented, they memorized everything. No music sheet at all. Amazing job.
I burst into tears. Oh my god. If I were in that airport that moment, I would have gladly missed my flight just to be there and live in that. These youngsters are super talented and they created something so much beautiful. That was brilliant.

What a moving performance! These young and talented musicians played with so much passion and maturity well beyond their tender years. Amazing and simply amazing, brought a lump to my throat with the meandering medley culminating into the crescendo leading to the climatic coda. I look forward to the day when this world class city will return to the pace and serenity that it once was and retake her rightful place in the world.
Sadly that will never be allowed to happen while HK remains under Chinese rule.

4年后再看满满的感慨
墮胎的嬰兒會回來：
七十年代，學生在嘉義縣一所教會幼稚園服務，園長是一位溫柔的牧師娘，年輕時是婦產科護士。她曾經親口告訴我們一群老師，有關她在醫院的點滴，許多婦女流產或墮胎，經由引流手術完成後，清潔工人就把廢棄物丟到醫院中庭園的小池塘，或者埋在樹底下，她們這些護士都是住宿，並且要輪流值夜班。園長說，她們當護士的，每天夜晚都會看見許許多多的嬰兒在池子邊爬來爬去，或者貓兒在樹下叫號不已。
當園長與這些年輕的老師們分享她的真實見聞之後，也誠心的諄諄告誡我們，千萬不可隨便犯造淫業，更不可隨便墮胎，以免【嬰靈】跟隨而作崇，甚至影響身體健康。
事隔三十年後，再想起這一件事，符合我們現在在宗教上的認知，怎能不信因果。我們也曾經聽過一些前賢的親身經歷，他們都是自己親眼看見【冤欠的討報】，當時痛苦的程度，豈是三言兩語說得完。當然事後經過醫學檢查，最後確定為婦科疾病，只有接受開刀治療，這麼一來，即是遭受【刀劫】了，根據了解，乃是某一世的淫業所造成的。
世人知悉過去言行有過錯，唯有反省、懺悔、感恩，進而端正言行，即是：化解。
Bravo, hats off to our great youngsters! It's totally touching.
They are simply brilliant ! They could put many adult professional orchestras to shame. And they all play with no music to follow, truly inspirational. I do love how the little kids in the audience just stare open mouthed when they can see and hear the music being created. Do they put on full concerts ? And who is the conductor, she seems to love her job and is always smiling as if in adoration of the orchestra. I just love these flash mob videos of the MYO !
It's a wonderful thing when there are so many talented musicians in one place! Thank you for this uplifting experience. Greetings from Hungary.

Well done young folks...thank you for such wonderful performance! All songs are great representations of my beloved hometown. I love them all, especially the last one which was a mashup of two popular classics. At 4:04, when the tune of 獅子山下 was played, it deeply touched my heart and I could not hold back my tears.

Look, what does the “freedom” that y’all talked about mean? Freedom can have lots of different interpretations: go to school for education can be a freedom, able to eat and exercise can be a freedom, and killing random people, destroy whatever you want can also be “freedom”. Do you rather regard freedom to be? Do you think freedom can be determined by some abstract politics & regime? No! You should focus on the daily life of regular citizens in a certain country or place! Freedom should be something that makes us happy to live, with no wars, no chaos. What time period do you want hongkong to be? The British colonizing period? Well, the people in hongkong back then did not enjoy any happiness or freedom at that time either. Again, what “freedom” do you mean? Do you mean the “freedom” for them to to just believe in what you want them to believe, or the “freedom” for them to destroy the peaceful society and the economy which nothing gained by them eventually? You all better stop discussing here and see how the life in Beijing truly looks like. “Freedom” should not be defined by some abstract politics and how you infer. It should be determined by how the life of the people in there truly looks like. If you observe the life in China mainland and hongkong, there’s really no difference, and the life quality in Beijing is even better than in hongkong. So I don’t understand what “freedom” did the hongkong people lose?

Absolutely wonderful ! I was led to this by three of my guests, one of whom plays in your orchestra. It brought (and brings) tears to my eyes. In the past I have made the outrageous sexist comment that women should not be conductors. I said this because of a comparison that I felt could be made between boxing (yes, the sport) and choral conducting. Well, Synthia Ko, within ten seconds of your lifting your hands, I KNEW that I had been wrong. Thank you so much.
