Can a Badlands 12000 lb Winch rescue a 14000 lb Cat Forestry Mulcher from a deep mud hole?

The Cat 299D3 XE Land Management Forestry Mulcher gets buried in a mud hole in the 100+ degree August heat. I was unable to free the machine with the recovery gear I had with me so I had to come back the next day with additional tow straps, snatch blocks and a winch extension to free it from the greasy mud. I think it may be time to invest in a ‪@YankumRopes‬ for the next time this happens.

Over the mulcher down to the pull point below the door. Raise the boom...pulls you out. Save yourself a ton of energy and time

Simple physics you cannot pull from the top and bury the nose at your pole. You have to get under the machine so on your pool you’re picking up on the front.

Yes, I should have anchored to a lower pulling point to start with. The winch/truck was probably 75 feet above me so it was pulling up but obviously not enough to get out of that hole.
