IF you have watchmaking and machining skills, coupled with musical skills to create the musical arrangement and tune the comb, then yes - you could do it!

might I suggest re bushing the endpoints on both governors. Doing that should reduce the squealing most likely caused by worn bushings. Small watch bushings would have to be specially ordered.
