I had such an intense mental image of playing an old indie RPG Maker game, dying in a dungeon, and then walking up to that one little shop to hopefully find some odd but useful items before I hit Continue and revive my character. No, I have no idea if the game even exists, but the mental image certainly does!

my first thought seeing the title was the game Tunic (the shop background is always in the void with a giant skeletal fox shopkeeper floating), it certainly has that same void vibe, but this also could easily fit in the game as another alt shop. sounds like it's somewhere in undertale lol edit: i agree with @That1CelloGuy that it should be in deltrune. Undertale is not getting anymore updates, however Deltarune is. However, some of the notes resemble "Once Upon A Time," a song nearly ever repeated in Deltarune. So... :| I would imagine a scene of the "void inside of your couch" because the chapter 3 dark world is confirmed to be Kris's living room. The once upon a time leitmotif appears in 0:51.
