    I’ve just bought my 3rd. I’ve learnt from experience to do the head gasket before driving a bloody mile 😂 great easy to follow video

      Thanks Lee. I’m sure you’re well-versed with engine bay access by now but hopefully you found something useful in the video nevertheless!

    The ability to change gears, is “a bit of a concern”, Lol

    What struck me was isn't thirteen bolts to secure that metal engine cover overly excessive..Did they go out their way to make it difficult to work on the engine....Really useful video guide, well presented...Thank you

      It's certainly not easy compared to most cars! I'm glad you found it useful.

      Especially the three very difficult to access ones beneath the driver-side speaker. Any solution on how to get to them easily Willo?

      @CarsWithWillo  2 года назад +1

      The only solution for easy access is to first remove the t-bar, but I wanted to avoid extra work at all costs!

      Mine currently only has twelve bolts as that final bolt frustrated me too much!

    Another great video. Nice to see you pay attention to detail and refitting all the bits . Some mechanics leave things out as spares ha ha. 👍🏻

      Thank you! Yes thankfully I didn’t end up with any ‘spares’ at the end! 😂

    I'm interested that you didn't mention bleeding the air out of the slave cylinder. Why is that?

    • @CarsWithWillo
      @CarsWithWillo  3 года назад +1

      In hindsight I should have filmed it, but I’d never done it before and wanted to focus on getting it right rather than messing around with a camera at the same time!

    • @CarsWithWillo
      @CarsWithWillo  3 месяца назад

      @snowy23704 unless it’s had the badge removed, it’ll say 160 on the back. Or take a look at the rev counter - the TF 160 redlines at 7,200 and the 135 redlines at 6,800
