The best and most creative food is bought from street vendors on any Soi. Love Bangkok I believe one of the best food capitals in the world. Some of my best meals were eaten on a plastic stool by a food cart in Thailand.

The five spice is genuine and sealing the duck with boiling water helps in the process. Honestly I have enjoyed duck, usually Indian runners as a dish in S E Asia and it's often quite tough so the technique used on the programme would help increase flavour and that is the point.
I had the great pleasure of eating at Sorn when it was a 2 Michelin Star restaurant. It is amazing. I was able to book a table fairly easily, I doubt that will be the case now with 3 Stars. But I have to say, I ate at another 1 Star restaurant and preferred the food there. It’s all down to preferences.
