These Chinese brands provide more specs but with some risks like security which is very important for users.... Samsung provide extra layer security for your phone and also with a good optimization and UI.... If we want to use Chinese brand phone then the main thing should be dont allow their apps and don't open their apps..... That's why most prefer IOS because it's a closed server.....

Samsung Knox is amazing, a friend once flashed his phone and it immediately disabled all the Samsung payment and privacy apps, and yes the secret folder was completely purged.

U can unselect all the options and then click on Install now,
Then ur update will be installed without any extra application.
*As Rakesh said here, I'll like to add a few basic things, being a Developer* :
The Smartphone Companies have no control over how these Third party Ad-vendors use your data.
Hence Samsung, Apple etc leave it up to their users if they want to share their data with Ad-vendors.
But for the Sake of making profits, Companies like Xiaomi, Realme etc actually compromised their users security by sending their data to Third party vendors without user's permission.
So all your photos, vids, location etc is accessible to these Ad-vendors.
People Trust, Google, Samsung, Apple, Microsoft etc because they've the teams of top intellectuals around the globe working for them, years of experience providing Software solution, Security and services guided by set of laws given by the country in which they operate.
So a company like Google, Samsung etc have to abide by Indian laws if they want to work in India
On the other hand, Chinese companies like Xiaomi, Realme or any other company for that matter has to give Chinese Government access to user's data whenever asked according to their laws.
Which is basically a violation of Data Privacy.
Hence Chinese Servers, Companies etc aren't trusted.
Hence, Huawei was banned by US.
But If we use custom rom this will not applicable even in Chinese Phone
I use Redmi phone and it always asks me permission if I want to share my data and I haven't got a single advertisement shown on my phone. It depends on the model I guess.

Chinese OEM's are bound to comply with Chinese Gov to share data. Redmi devices already have various services hidden and enables through which they collect data.

@Arghadip Sarkar Well, I just read your comment and would like to state that developers on XDA are trusted by the android community all over the world. And it is better to use a custom rom instead of a rom from a company which is required to provide their data to the government. P.S. the definitions integrated (cleanmaster) in miui and other Chinese made roms have a history of data breach.
@Arghadip Sarkar This is misconception. Custom ROMs are far more secure than even stock rom. All the developers are registered on XDA which is trust platform in android community. They do these projects for free. Think twice.

OnePlus user since 2015, using OnePlus 7 pro since 2019, wanted to upgrade this year, but waiting for all the phones to be released, moving away from OnePlus, this year I will buy either the pixel 5a, or s21 Fe or if possible the pixel 6 depending on budget and availability.

One important point:-
Companies belonging from "Mainland China" has one another serious risk.
As "Mainland China" doesn't support User data protection which means Company can fraud out user and Chinese government would say nothing. And also It is mandatory for all "mainland Chinese" Company to give all user data to Chinese government since the implementation of new 2017 security law.
And "Mainland Chinese" phone companies/brands:-
1)Redmi
2)Poco
3)Black Shark
4) Xiaomi
5) Honor
6) Huawei
7)ZTE
8)Realme
9)Oneplus
10)Vivo
11)Oppo
12)Iqoo
13)Tecno
14)Infinix
15)Tencent
16)TCL
And note this law is not applicable on "S.A.R of China" that is in Hong Kong and Macau as Both Hong Kong and Macau has separate government with separate laws and separate economy. And it also means that Company based in Hong Kong and Macau are prohibited from this 2017 security law. And also both in Hong Kong and Macau there is a strict User data protection law like in Europe and US which prevents Company from exploiting user data. So Hong Kong based companies like Lenovo,etc is much more safer than "Mainland Chinese" Company
But infinix headquarters is in hing Kong. Can we treat infinix lime lenovo ?

@@raunakraj715 nope man Infinix is incorporated in Mainland China. It do have a operational headquarter office in Hong Kong but as said the company is incorporated in Mainland china for which company comes under Mainland Chinese law. Not under SAR Hong Kong laws

And in Android One device user have full control one their own's data, so it's safe. But a fact in Chinese company mobile you won't see Android One device so often. Only very few Chinese devices comes with Android One
