Do not buy Samsung phones as they will break down after one year period as has been in case of my Samsung S20 plus where all of a sudden vertical lines appeared without any physical damage and as per the service centre display needs to be replaced on chargeable basis.

There is nothing called phone of low price. Android phones come in different prices, ranging from 1 GB RAMs starting from Rs. 4,999 to 18GB RAMs till 1,75,999. Same goes with Xiaomi. Starts under 5000 and goes up to 1 lakh+

@@viralshah6635 Hello Viral, I'll answer your questions in sequence. 1. The process of removing MIUI 12 and installing a Custom ROM (Pixel Experience in my case) includes a complex set of procedures. The Bootloader needs to be unlocked first, then we install a custom recovery, gain root access, and finally install the Custom ROM. 2. If you're a person who is very distant from the realm of computers, and don't have much idea about the technical stuff relating to them. Then I believe you should do some proper reading before you do such kind of an experiment. If you're the opposite, then you can just follow the guide on the Pixel Experience website, or a RUclips video explaining the process. 3. My phone works perfectly. It's WAY faster, smoother and better than before in every way. The only issue was that Google Camera wasn't working. But that was easily fixed by downloading the APK file separately; works perfect now. Google Camera is ridiculously good! I stopped using my camera flash in dark places due to the Night Sight mode, lol. Battery charging speed has increased, and the battery life as well. In very simple words, I feel I'm using a more expensive phone. Pixel Experience has really made me realise how capable the hardware on my phone actually is. Plus no ads! Try it!

Turn off MSA ( it targets ADS ) 5. Restrict background data collection from all apps 6. Turn off developer options 7.turn off scanning from in built installation scanner ( google play scanner is enough for your device )

By build quality and hardware, I liked the phone but it sucked at privacy. I start getting weird code-type messages and later found out that my IG account has been used on different phones which I was not aware of. I sold it instantly and switched back to Samsung.

I bought my first phone Redmi K20 Pro (29,000). The hardware experience was the best. The software is so bad that I can't recommend it to anyone. I started using custom roms just after 3 months of buying it! Custom roms are great but time and efforts consuming and obviously you can't ignore the bugs! But still they are better than MiUi. Xiaomi is the company with best Hardware and the worst Software!

For people thinking incognito mode doesn't store your data, lol. It just doesn't store it on your device, your ISP can easily see and monitor if it wants. Browsers like Tor, etc might be teh exception.

Add my personal experience too ... I have been using Xiaomi mobiles for 6 + years... Changed 3 different phones in the past 6 years.. Everyphone has the same issue for buying a new phone. The phone network doesn't work after two years of usage. It slows down ... In 1st Phone i wasn't getting network single 2nd phone both the sim's stopped working, when I asked the service center they said the mother board got damaged and you should pay 7k to get a new mother board... Even if I sell a second hand phone 📱 of the same model I won't get more than 6k 3rd phone - low single's after 1.5- 2 years usage and mobile data speed keeps fluctuating ... Sometimes you get high speed and most of the times the speed was like 2G data... Which irritates and it understand after the xiaomi security patch update all this starts happening... Do check into this scam!! I like mi for 1 reason cause it's affordable and good quality but the Then I learnt about the concept of " planned obsolescence " ... Which is the foundation stone of every successful company on this planet.
After watching so many news and youtu.be videos i left as a xiomi customer now engaged with Samsung before used Redmi Note 4 then Redmi 8 Pro Now happy with Samsung galaxy m52 😜

Let me add couple of things about Xiaomi which I noticed and tracked for months:- :- TENCENT- Indian gov ban PUBG bcoz of Privacy issue & Tencent was involved in its Parent company Krafton like data going to TENCENT servers. *But no-one cares about Tencent present in Xiaomi under Security app, other 2 are Avast & AVL, and that security section monitor every single thing from small thing like scanning after app installation to big things like your Monitoring of Payment apps, Input Method while payment, etc* :-RESTRICT DATA USAGE in Apps info:- One of the most useless feature of Xiaomi, Even after restricting WiFi & both sim data, apps will still use ur data in background for ads, means the app won't use internet Normally but it'll use it for showing ads. And this setting won't work on Apps owned by Xiaomi 😑 and I also noticed that even after I turned off data for app, it's automatically changed to default settings on its own after few weeks on its own🙂 How? I don't know 😑

I have been using Redmi Note 7 Pro since May,2019 . But no add issue at all. I have disabled each and every add. Talking about the browser, i don't use xiomi browser.

you cant avoid it because even the rom is customised by them as MIUI, so maybe there are hidden apps /features in that rom which is silently spying on you.

Absolutely true! Every smartphone collects our data. But a thing about IOS is, it doesn't bother us with targeted ads at least for now. Recently I did notice adverts of various Apple products in the app store and also on Apple TV, but atleast those aren't adverts of what I Googled minutes back.

Great content bro. I usually don't buy Xiaomi phones but a friend of mine who's a hardcore mi fan deliberately ordered a Xiaomi mi10i for me as my Samsung phone was getting slow. By build quality and hardware, I liked the phone but it sucked at privacy. I start getting weird code-type messages and later found out that my IG account has been used on different phones which I was not aware of. I sold it instantly and switched back to Samsung.

The hardware experience was the best.
The software is so bad that I can't recommend it to anyone.
I started using custom roms just after 3 months of buying it!
Custom roms are great but time and efforts consuming and obviously you can't ignore the bugs!
But still they are better than MiUi.

Same! MiUi is so bad that it lags doing basic tasks like browsing through RUclips. Sometimes it plays the video in reverse. Sometimes the touch doesn't work. Plenty of bugs like this in Xiaomi phones.

Add my personal experience too ... I have been using Xiaomi mobiles for 6 + years... Changed 3 different phones in the past 6 years.. Everyphone has the same issue for buying a new phone. The phone network doesn't work after two years of usage. It slows down ... In 1st Phone i wasn't getting network single
2nd phone both the sim's stopped working, when I asked the service center they said the mother board got damaged and you should pay 7k to get a new mother board... Even if I sell a second hand phone 📱 of the same model I won't get more than 6k
3rd phone - low single's after 1.5- 2 years usage and mobile data speed keeps fluctuating ... Sometimes you get high speed and most of the times the speed was like 2G data... Which irritates and it understand after the xiaomi security patch update all this starts happening...

I switched to apple after i saw major problem on poco device and every device faced same touch and camera problem ,, i had to spend a lot to get it fixed though i maintained my device very nicely… it was painful to see a trusted brand doing such major mistake,, i somehow managed to buy an iphone which is reliable

Let me add couple of things about Xiaomi which I noticed and tracked for months:-
:- TENCENT- Indian gov ban PUBG bcoz of Privacy issue & Tencent was involved in its Parent company Krafton like data going to TENCENT servers.
*But no-one cares about Tencent present in Xiaomi under Security app, other 2 are Avast & AVL, and that security section monitor every single thing from small thing like scanning after app installation to big things like your Monitoring of Payment apps, Input Method while payment, etc*
:-RESTRICT DATA USAGE in Apps info:-
One of the most useless feature of Xiaomi, Even after restricting WiFi & both sim data, apps will still use ur data in background for ads, means the app won't use internet Normally but it'll use it for showing ads.
And this setting won't work on Apps owned by Xiaomi 😑 and I also noticed that even after I turned off data for app, it's automatically changed to default settings on its own after few weeks on its own🙂 How? I don't know 😑
So Xiaomi is now a bandit to its users

2 things (at least):
1). They'll analyze your activities, choices, options, opinions, culture, mindset from your usage statistics. (Yes, it's possible).
2). If anyday the Chinese government asks them to share your personal data then the border security can be breached. It's like you block your house with walls and someone drops a bomb from a plane.
Means they can gain full access your camera, accounts, messages, texts, passwords, microphone, and your activities will be recorded by the government. Not very harmful for someone who lives in the outskirts or by the slum. But for people in offices, development offices, government officers, financial service men and all, this data collection will be a direct emotional and mental attack to the entire country.
Chinese government altogether wants to control the entire world.
