I have bought all my smartphones through Flipkart aur Amazon. But I have started to realise that offline phones from the showroom are much better in quality. Leave phones even power banks are better from the original company website. I have bought one spigen powerbank from Flipkart. The wireless option stopped working after 7 months. Even the battery back up was bad. So I made a video and contacted Spigen regarding the issue. They sent me a new power bank but before that I sent the damaged power bank to Spigen. The new power bank that was sent by Spigen for free as mine was in warranty is much better in quality. Even the battery back up is much higher. Another incident let me share with you guys. I got one Moto Edge 50 pro from Flipkart for my younger brother. The day the phone got delivered we noticed that the telephoto lens was not working. So we took it to the Moto service centre that very day. They told us that the phone was already activated in May or June 2024. We have no idea about it. Even the service centre was confused about the same..Though Motorola gave us a seal packed new smartphone through replacement. But these things are scary.

I have bought all my smartphones through Flipkart aur Amazon. But I have started to realise that offline phones from the showroom are much better in quality. Leave phones even power banks are better from the original company website. I have bought one spigen powerbank from Flipkart. The wireless option stopped working after 7 months. Even the battery back up was bad. So I made a video and contacted Spigen regarding the issue. They sent me a new power bank but before that I sent the damaged power bank to Spigen. The new power bank that was sent by Spigen for free as mine was in warranty is much better in quality. Even the battery back up is much higher. Another incident let me share with you guys. I got one Moto Edge 50 pro from Flipkart for my younger brother. The day the phone got delivered we noticed that the telephoto lens was not working. So we took it to the Moto service centre that very day. They told us that the phone was already activated in May or June 2024. We have no idea about it. Even the service centre was confused about the same..Though Motorola gave us a seal packed new smartphone through replacement. But these things are scary.

I had purchased a Samsung smartphone in the M53 and within a few days I faced camera glitching/lags so did the software update still not resolved so went to samsung service center there shocking revelation made by the executive that the phone is refurbished also they won't provide replacement as they have 14 days policy which has ended.
hence learning from this experience is that if you're buying any smartphone from amazon/flipkart always verify the iemi no. with the respective customer care of the brand of the smartphone.
