Because it is, the only Full res and Volt that can be compared to Bankai is Miracle and Starrk. And even then they are still nothing compared to top bankai like water, lightning, ice and blood, those can literally either oneshot or just busted in general.
I dont wanna hate but soul reapers are basically better than quincys in all ways including their bankai vs their volt it was kinda unfair even if it was a 1v1

Only the stage 1 is the same, for stage 2 soul reapers have to do an rng minigame with kisuke at the end of the original requirement which could take upto a day or 2 more and you need to fight an impossible boss for stage 3 whereas quincy dont have any stage 2 minigame and their stage 3 can be done eyes closed with a macro first try.
