The paint in the bedroom is more of a pale grey/beige, doesn’t have any blue tones, that why I wanted to go for a natural colour x

We always take reusable plastic bags, you could see there was a bag of bags hanging on the trolly ☺️

That ice cream is horrendously unhealthy. Highly inflammatory with de-natured milks and whey that the body simply doesn’t recognise and carcinogenic (cancer causing) ingredients like Carrageenan. Don’t look at amount of fat etc, look at the actual ingredients and learn what they are. If each of these unrecognisable ingredients was laid out on a table for you to eat, you wouldn’t touch it, but once the artificial flavours are added, it’s delicious. Had to say it because someone somewhere is going to think, Charlotte said this is healthy and eat it, and it’s really crappy for your body.
