👏👏👏 (As someone across the country, in no financial state to go to your retreat but following it with dreams anyway) When I saw scream therapy on the roster I immediately got so anxious and thought, “I don’t know the last time I screamed, I don’t think I could do that. I don’t like to” and your conversation about not being angry/emotionally loud is really making me think about that 🤔

i do think there’s a difference between expressing anger with yelling vs. feeling angry. but learning to manage anger in a way where it can effectively heard is extremely difficult and much harder for women

I also feel soooo unsafe in a workplace and NEVER feel comfortable with bosses, no matter how nice they are. I had some pretty traumatizing experiences with teachers growing up and had few positive experiences with them. it makes work/boss relations soooo scary
