      Thank you for your comment! While it is true that steel can rust and corrode over time, there are steps that can be taken to extend its lifespan. However, it's important to note that no material is completely immune to wear and tear, and it's always a good idea to regularly maintain and check on the condition of your steel to ensure it is in good working order. The other issue that arise is that burning this material like many other; can release toxin into the the air which can be harmful especially in an environment that is not well ventilated.

    I see to much smoke. A smokeless fire pit needs to be smokeless. Too many holes on the bottom.

      Thank you! I would say it cost me around $320. Material prices have been fluctuating a lot making it hard to have an exact figure of what it will cost you to build this.
