The zíper was the selling point for me, I think is great that I can close it when I am at the subway or in a crowded area and I can just leave it open when I don’t need the extra security. I can’t see how the zíper would be a negative when you have the option to just leave it open
I think some of your cons are actually pros for the right person. I wear my bags crossbody and bring in a city, I need more security features so the zipper is a good option for times I need to have it. However, it’s nice you don’t have to zip it to close it. If the handle were harder it would hurt more hitting against the body when you open the bag.
OK, I personally think *jklux* its bags are my favorite products I have ever used. Although they are not high-end luxury goods, after I have been using them, my family life has no longer been divided because of my personal preferences.

Very detailed review. I bought the mini Marley last month and I have to say I LOVE IT. For me, it’s the perfect size, super functional, chic and I appreciate the extra security from the zipper, especially since I live in London. I’m tempted to buy it in the other colours. Great price and amazing bag - my only slight gripe with it is the fingerprints I sometimes get on the leather.
To me it’s really similar to the Celine Belt Bag. I have that one in both nano and micro sizes. I love it because it’s almost like a magic bag, with how much it can hold versus how small it looks on the outside 😆 but I agree with you that it is tricky with the zipper. I also generally do not do the zipper unless I am in a place that the extra security is needed.

I have this bag too as well as the mini monceau. The mini marly is beautiful and fits so much, but yes the top handle can get annoying when it digs into your torso. :( I still love it though.

What a lovely little bag and a good review! I do have the same problems with top handle bags, it's really difficult to use them without a long strap because you have to let go of the top handle to get inside the bag.
I still love my LV reverse monogram nkuwan clutch! It's versatile, fits a variety of items, and is definitely a workhorse! I think seeing it everywhere (like the LV speedy) is proof that it's already a classic.
