    Head hit arse n back. Fair hit. Both players went at puck.

    Head didn’t hit the ice. But did glance off the sideboards. Probably did get concussed.

      "probably concussed" (: he was KO'd of course he was concussed and it wasn't from the sideboard it was from davies back. don't listen to the commentator just watch the footage it's obvious.

    The forechecking player has not touched the puck so I must ask why is this type of contact not called as an interference penalty?

    • @zalapski9399
      @zalapski9399 2 года назад +7

      100%. Also the forechecking player is at an extreme disadvantage because if he so much as bumps a player from behind, he’s getting either a 2 or 5 min penalty, and also must fight the opposing team. So he cannot instigate any contact, but the reverse hitter can prey on him. Reverse hit is a real Bush league move IMO.

    no interference call ? Player never toutched or being close to touch the puck... PLUS could say t he preds player left his feet off the ground on hit. Bad officiatiog / rules.

    • @Yambag
      @Yambag 2 года назад +3

      if two players are going for a loose puck, you can hit. before you claim that smith cant hit from behind, that's correct but he just didnt have the positional advantage. still a legal hit by davies.

    • @America-First2024
      @America-First2024 2 года назад

      “Interference is defined as when a player uses his body (“pick” or “block”) to impede the progress of an opponent (non-puck carrier) with no effort to play the puck, maintain normal foot speed or maintain an established skating lane.”
