Avoid scrubbing it harshly, like with loofah or any kind of scrub. Use a mixture of instant coffee and lemon juice and scrub it gently with hand and leave it for 10 to 15 mins and then bath. Hello Tridip, it really is a great suggestion, generally we avoid comparing calories of side contiments like chutney or condiments as its quantity in our meals does not contributies much in terms of calorific value (unless and untill someone starts consuming it in abnormal amounts).
