Made me smile when that guy said Flats' financial plan was boring and adult. Like yeah lol if you're thinking that it probably means it's also the right thing to do
Right? Like, making solid plans for your future isn't always the most exciting and thrilling. Immediate gratification tends to not have many beneficial effects in the long run. You know what IS exciting? Not having to worry about money for the rest of your life cause you made good (and bOrInG) decisions with it early on. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Being secure in your future and not having to worry about much is a good thing.
Who cares that it's 'boring'. It doesn't mean you cannot enjoy things from time to time. But it means you aren't stressed.
Flats gave good financial advice. Financial security is built by spending less each month than you earn or receive through investments. I've known a number of people who became wealthy in low to moderately waged jobs. And, a few people who lived like they were wealthy and have nothing to show for it now.

Honestly, Flat's financial plan I think is a little boring because I think you could do more stuff with it that's simply smart that improves your quality of life AND are all investment decisions.
(1) Remove debt. Student loans can be like 4-6% interest or credit card bills higher. You'll never get investments guaranteed that high. Save yourself the money by paying those debts sooner rather than later and that 4-6% you would have lost paying it slowly you just 'gained' by not having to burn it down.
(2) Emergency fund. Look at your stand of living and spending habits now. Especially something as volatile as a streaming and put aside like 6-12months worth. Flats might even want to do like 2yrs. You want this money as liquid and semi-usable. High Yield Savings Account with a non-brick and mortar bank.
(3) Getting away from renting. Renting for many people might be their biggest expense and it will stay with you for the rest of your life. You just gained 1mil dollars. You could probably afford to put at least a 20% down payment on a house to avoid renter's insurance. Say you go for a $300,000 home. You pay like half of it up front will pay off the remaining amount slowly over some 5yr or 10yr idea. Or outright. You just immediately saved yourself all your renting costs going into the future. You have to deal with property tax, but its certainly far lower than rent. The other thing too is that property is highly unlikely to decrease in value significantly and you can frequently sell it for less than you'd get. All the money you spend over 10yrs, you'll never see back. The money you put into a home over 10 yrs, you can still sell and recuperate some of it back. Rent money is never seen again.
Those are 3 things anyone could do to improve their QoL and flexibility and lets them convert the money gained into investments. Honestly, probably like 40% of that 1mil would be eaten up in taxes most likely for income leaving you with 600k. A home for 100-150k down payment close costs to have a better renting situation. Debt for many people can't probably exceed 100k on the normal. 6-12 months of living expenses is far less than you think as it just covers 'expenses', so maybe that's like 50k. That still leaves much to throw into ROTH IRA or maybe an HSA for long term investment opportunities and tax free investment earnings in future when you withdraw it/spend it.

with seeing these missions, if they'd delivered on their original promise, OW could've easily been the biggest game for quite a few years, great story, great engine, great characters
Unfortunately the corp saw that it would take too much investment in order for the OW devs to make their goals/original vision a reality, and they don’t like big investment, they do like profit though. So they said no. Yeah, that sounds about right.

First Sojourn rejected the recall and moved on, then Torbjorn says has a new life and mission, the third person will make Rein realize how true Torb was, in that the only thing that hasn't changed, is him.
And I bet it's gonna be Ana that tells him that. Why? Because she's been babysitting Jack for a while, trying to convince him to give it up and move on. She knows that Rein and Soldier are both the same; old men chasing ghosts, simply unable to move on.
Even if they were to win, Rein would never be able to live a peaceful life, he is not only ready to make the ultimate sacrifice, it's what he has always wanted. And so he will get his wish

Writing is a little bit cheesy imo but the art direction overall is great. An animated show would probably do super well too (think arcane and the cyberpunk 2077 anime

Lowkey wish they didn't insist on playing the missions all on legendary for the very first runs. I hate to be the fun police, but it would just be good content to be able to show their initial reactions to all the dialogue and story beats while also actually completing the run and not being exhausted on the 50th attempt when you finally get the end cutscene...

Lore-wise im pretty sure after the Havana archives mission you see doom and ramattra meeting up, so im sure that talon and null sector are working together and are trying to bring zen to the cause? idk thats my guess also what flats saw was just a talon trooper not soldier 76 i think
They're in survasa after Sym used hard light to restore it, so it's very likely that the team will be Sym, Genji, Winston and Zen. Meaning that the troopers we see are indeed just talon troopers and not soldier 76

@@Elnotronic My guess is Ramattra doesn't know Talon killed him, and that they killed Mondatta specifically to push Ram to start his war. Since Alive takes place after Winston recalls Overwatch, and a bit after that starts OW2.
So the order of events would be Storm Rising (Talon allies with Ram), years later Alive (Mondatta dies), and then Zero Hour and OW2 Campaign (Null Sector War).
@@ElnotronicWell my theory Ram wants all the omnics back to the Iris (Aurora the first sentient omnic who gave the freedom of choice to the omincs and turned herself into the Iris) This is what that subjugator does. Mondatta's deat put him back to the Iris to reborn later.
I just love the cinematic style of Overwatch has always want me to believe that this could a show within itself, not anime-like, but a short series. Also, I like how Flats wants the chat to be quiet but it kept talking over the cinematic. Like it’s back in school all over again 😹

@@snc237 yeah. That’s why they were telling Emongg to save Bastion’s nade to disrupt the Stalkers because Brig isn’t able to Shield Bash nor Whipshot around the Mega Cannon.
Including Reinhardt as well for sometimes. I think that happens during the second wave.

Why would they ask his help against rammatra? Or why would they even fight Rammatra.
edit: I can somehow think of one reason. If Doomfist realises humanity might actually lose against the Invasion, he'll have to help fight back, since I assume he only helped Rammatra since he expects humanity to win and grow stronger.
Talon and Null sector are allies, so, they definitely wouldn’t fight
if they killed mondatta, they're probably there to tie up all loose ends and kill zenyatta too
besides leaked early gameplay shows zen fighting talon along with genji and some others so we pretty much know what happens after that cutscene lmao, genji comes in and saves the day and they all escape
@@yeetadog It's also possible Ramattra asked Talon to kidnap Zenyatta for him because he wants Zen as his second in command for the invasion.
I got a theory as to what's going on. If you remember the storm rising mission, it ends with Doomfist meeting Ram and offering to help with his cause. Throughout these missions, the heroes wonder how Null Sector was able to build all these robots without anyone noticing. The only corporation in-game that is capable of constructing things incredibly fast with no one paying attention to them is Vishkar. I dont know which comic its from, but Im sure that Vishkar is just a front for Talon. So I believe that all these robots are being built under Vishkar, which explains the rapid development and numerous amounts of robots we see in these missions.

This mission was kinda dull in the fist half, but that wave defense was one of my favorite horde sections i've played in a while
They finished it. Well now we just need to wait another 4 years for new content.

Shits crazy how they can say they are doing pve say it's been canceled say it's gonna be in the second then before the game confirmed it was being delayed again there's no reason blizzard no matter how bad they are managed can't release promised content till 6-7 years later only being probably less than a tenth of what it was supposed to and then charging 15 bucks for 3 mission it's 100% why they made the game free bc they think it'll make it look like a better deal and not the outright scam it is

14:21 karq is right. A fridge (atleast in Sweden) is supposed to be 2 degrees celsius.
Had to double check the math, between 2-5 is normal, I used to do appliance installation (in the US so fahrenheit is my norm), most fridges in the US average around 37f (2.something c) but can go as high as about 40 or 41 (5c) as a that's the line drawn for food safety, at least in the US

Say what you will about the "dlc" here.
I love that opening cutscene, and showing how far Torb has come. And reading how he removed bastions warmode programing after he took it in. Compared to how he was seen when he first went to capture bastion originally.
So the PvE isn't everything we had hoped for, but honestly, it has been pretty good so far, and Flats said he's not a fan of their term of difficulty, but in PvE it is the best way to implement difficulty, I mean if they just added a ton more enemies instead of ramping their stats then you'd be overrun like crazy.. But regardless, I'm happy with what we've been given, and the cutscenes are great since we've all wanted more animated shorts anyways. Definitely not a perfect game, but a damn good one and it's quality stuff like this that makes me proud to have put up with this game for all the years.
There's plenty of creative ways to increase difficulty without it being unfair. Increasing Enemy health and Damage is not bad, but can be awful if tuned up to the extreme.
@@AgentAaron101 yeah I will admit that the level that they ramped from expert to legendary is a tad too much, I'm just saying it's one of the more common ways, I mean at least they didn't give all enemies aimbot like most shooters do. In a perfect world there would be new attacks and maybe a few extra waves of enemies with lower scaling than current.. I'm just saying I haven't been outright upset at the difficulty they chose.
Idk if you ever played Xenoblade Chronicles 2, or heard of it, but that game's hard mode did basically everything wrong lmao, so I'm used to much worse. There was reduced healing and damage, and nearly maxed HP, attack rate, and damage multipliers on enemies.. and even the "comeback mechanics" got nerfed like 80%, special moves charge slower etc etc.. but yeah, not perfect, But the OW2 PvE could be MUCH worse.

@@AgentAaron101 the bs difficulty is exclusive to the DLC purchase to be fair, the standard "normal" difficulty is well balanced, but I think the devs thought since they added a ton of overpowered blades in the dlc then they needed a bs difficulty option as well.. but it's basically only viable ng+ unless you're a pro at the mechanics.. most people do say XC2 has the best combat though cause it's so exploitable and fast paced so you can make it work. Great game just new game "BoC" difficulty is just pain lol
@@AgentAaron101 sorry lol but I have over 600 hours on XC2 so I tend to rant, definitely has its issues, shitty tutorials being the worst offender. But once you learn the combat (guides help a lot, like Chuggaconroy or Enel) then it's incredibly fun and fast combat. But the game wouldn't teach you half of it lmao

Seeing how many hits it takes Reinhardt to take down one Omnic is depressing. I know it’s the highest difficulty but still.
5°C is too hot for a fridge
I queued with randoms for all 3 of these on Legendary. Resistance was by far the easiest, got it on like the 2nd or 3rd attempt. It took me about 5 hours to complete Liberation. But OMG Ironclad was ridiculous, like 3 days 7-8 hours each until I finally got a group that could do it.

I really enjoyed these missions specially the interaction between the heros and the story
I love Ram, cool hero design in the lore and PVP context. To be honest, they are doing a good job with new heroes (sojourn is cool but that railgun in PVP is, u know, scary xd).
it's probably Reaper. It's not the first time we've seen him with Sombra and Widow doing Talon Sneaky Things.

I don't think it's soldier, but it's hard to tell but it seems to be a better match to the talon operatives from recall, except for the shoulder pads.

you know. with all the overwatch hate going on and this is my first overwatch video in months. The content doesnt look so bad

So, I really love the missions and the story... But it feels so short and underwhelming compared to the build up of it. I'm excited for more, but I hate the roll out of it and wish I could just play the whole thing now.

I hate to be the fun police, but I wish they didn't play all the missions on Legendary for the very first attempts. Being able to see their reactions to the dialogue and story beats while ALSO finishing the run in one sweep would make for a good deal of content, on top of *then* getting to the legendary attempts after. As opposed to just one RUclips upload of their successful 50th attempt when they've already seen/heard everything and are exhausted.

i feel like not enough people are considering the possibility of zenyatta having somehow contacted talon to get to ramattra instead of the flipped version of ram wanting to find zen. i know it's not as likely, but zenyatta seeing the propaganda and media of ramattra's message to omnics would 100% lead him to know its ram. I'm not saying zen is evil, but he's an incredibly smart character and could likely piece together that he's working with talon, or at the very least, they're who would know where ramattra is. widowmaker and sombra walking in casually with zen being undisturbed is weird, since if they were looking for him or trying to get him, they'd have done it quickly and with precision. and they especially wouldn't have brought that many guards with them. my theory is that zenyatta called out to talon somehow, likely through a link of some sort, as a way to find ramattra and tell him to stop before the world is destroyed by his hands. he's the only character who could stop ramattra reasonably, and the only one with a connection to both the good and bad sides of this story. A lot of people underestimate how important zenyatta is! He has direct correlation with genji who even wants to visit him as he thinks zen would know who the figure is. zen knows ramattra like a brother and has a better chance than ANYONE at stopping the war with words alone. knowing sombra, talon would know zenyatta is nobody to mess with in terms of power. how would they know? well zen is actually tied to talon (kinda). he has a relationship with symmetra, who reported to the higher ups of vishkar after her mission of keeping the peace between some monks and the vishkar corporate. vishkar is directly related to talon and imo might even be a front for it, as one of the senior members of vishkar (sanjay korpal) is in the HIGH COUNCIL of talon, the strongest of the strongest and best of the best (as shown in moira's origin story). so if sym met and learned from zen, reported to talon, and then they all knew about him, it only makes sense that he'd somehow be in touch willingly or not. sombra likes to be shady after all, even under talon's nose

Because absolutely no one asked for it, I took a Food Handlers course and test recently to be licensed, and 5 degrees Celsius or 41 degrees Fahrenheit, is the maximum temp a fridge can be at and still keep food at a safe temperature (when it comes to food service). Appliances handled by everyday people in households and such have to be a little more careful since not everyone is trained in the food service and know how to avoid food-borne illnesses, so often household fridges would be 4 degrees Celsius. Since the fridge in game is likely at a coffee shop due to there being 2 coffee machines, it's a foodservice fridge, and set to the right temperature.

The sad thing about OW and this pve is that everything not done by the management is peak, art, story, design, ect., but because policy and management is soo bad, the whole game gets tanked and everyone hates it.

i tried Legendary mode, and the furthest mission i went was to the Colossal Charger in Rio, got it half way and we all died... then i tried to solo Expert on Ironclad and lost to the final objective... i was both amazed and devastated
The charger in Rio is quite easy to take care, all you have to do is get rid of the smaller bots before tackling the big one and stay a good distance away from him, The smaller bots come out in a group of three or four and they all come out of one door at a time.
Can someone explain to me, like I'm 5. So buying/upgrading to OW2 because of alleged PvE content was going to come out. why am I now having to pay in the shop to unlock this PvE content, that was supposed to release with OW2?
