This stage was inspired by the javanese style gamelan it has a similar if not the same melody to the gamelan music

Javanese? Gamelan? WHAT THE HECK ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT?
James CyberLink Javanese: relating or originating from the island of Java
The Gamelan is a traditional instrument used in Javanese ceremonial music.
rizqi julianto very interesting! Always nice to learn something new
@@cretzen1851 you know what they say: you learn something new everyday
Gamelan also not only composed in this game, but also in other media for making a satisfying moment for fans
One example for movies is Disney's Raya and the Last Dragon with Atlantis: The Lost Empire that composed by James Howard, Raya and the Last Dragon become my favorite movie because I'm Indonesian and I had a friend named Raya too! While the gender is different...
Another example for the music for game is like Kena: Bridge of Spirits with Sonic Unleashed which both of them are my favorite video game soundtracks
This is my favorite stage soo majestic
I played this while I was high once and was basically like "WEEEE BUBBLE GO BLOOP BLOOP :D "
TETSUOOOOOOOOOOOO
KANEDAAAAAAAAAAAAAA
@@endertwelve *shoots the crap out on Tetsuo's shoulder*
Hahaha every time I hear this I imagine a baby taking a bath, so happy and surrounded by many bubbles 😂😋
Gamelan from Balinese music.start from tetris effect brought me to play it to my switch

The person controlling this hears a totally different downbeat than me and it drives me crazy!
reminds me a lot of China Love by Janet Jackson

@@lukmanibrahim2993 aw man im so happy to hear someone else liked raya!! i thought it was lovely especially the food imagery and the psychology of everything. some people were against it because they said it had some cultural inconsistencies, but i always assumed it was meant to be more of a parallel to a lot of cultures than just one? i adored it so im just really happy to hear someone besides my new york butt liking it haha
the atlantis movies were great too. you have awesome taste; i've gotta check out where gamelan is composed in these and see if i recognize them. thanks for sharing :)
@@horizonanadyomene Your welcome and I'm very happy for respect of your word, also Raya of my friend saying that I can call him in other nicknames such as Ray or Jason when I'm telling this news in my classroom group chat before the movies release
Raya of my friend is very fun loving, always make a good poems or have a good voice for singing, and he's always know me very well even I had mild autism spectrum disorder
Secret of Mana ?
Came here for this. Def Secret of Mana, Pandoran Ruins.
Ah yeah this is gamelan sound
Why does this sound like Akira
Because it was inspired by gamelan music, same inspiration for the Akira OST.
Hmmm similar balinese
Third eye opening
Sound like Tibetan Meditation
Agree to disagree this song sounds like something out of a horror movie 😳
Lemme guess: Akira?
@@filthyrevenant619 it does sort sound like that track "Tetsuo" now that I think about it.
this instrumentation heavily influenced the sound design in Kung Fu Panda. Fun fact.
