Great insights Pete, I’m 8 years into my journey and as the business has grown with 10 employees is bloody hard work, however I hate it some days, love it other days, if I’m not there the business carries on. I’m thinking more about the next steps, management team, what value can I add etc etc. The things I don’t enjoy I pass over to others.

Fab work Matthew! Yep exactly that, the hate it some days love it others. Just remember that there are jobs / careers / whatever you want to call them - where you love every day and have no hating days!!

Brilliant Video. Pretty much the same here, I am sadly the other side of 40 with 2 young kids and wasted the bulk of my life in a business that I hated. Now I have the freedom to do what i want and when I want for as long as I want. I sold up and was the best thing I ever did .

Started my full time MSP 2 years ago. I'm 27 and working 8-12 hours a day. on the edge of hiring somebody, money is definitely there. don't have girlfriend/wife so I don't have any obligations other than my msp. curious how this will change as I get older!

It definitely helps to not have any other commitments that's for sure. Just make sure you don't over work yourself too early on, or you'll be burnt out pretty quickly!
