Two ideas on improving your time: remove the pre rinse stage, which is not that useful. And instead of the two bucket method, try using only one bucket with 5 wash mitts (microfiber on both sides). It’s quicker and reduces the chances of scratching the paint, since each mitt will touch the car only once. Keep it up. Cheers
I do the exact same thing with the little small brush. I foam the car for the second time, then I use that little brush first to go over all of the little stuff. And then I hand wash etc. Works out great.
It's a good thing to do. I've cleaned cars which has been "detailed" and there always a ton of dirt in there along with many other areas. Thanks for watching
good work! being super fast doesn't matter if it's a poor job. Our routine is spray tire & wheel cleaner, sno-foam entire car, go back and clean tire/wheels while paint soaks (try brushes in cordless drill for huge time savings), rinse entire car, sno-foam again, overspray iron remover and contact wash with synthetic decon mitt, rinse again, then towel dry adding a ceramic gloss finisher to refresh the clear coat. finish windows and tire dressing if desired. use new mitts and towels for every car. we keep same process every time with everything on small carts in order. our best guy does 20 cars a day through his bay. we add a second person for large vehicles (pickups, SUV's) in the queue. Good luck with your biz!
For the ultimate in minute-shaving efficiency skip the pre-wash. Pan the Organizer has proven in a previous video that the primary wash step in a foam/rinse/foam/agitation wash is more effective when it goes straight on the dry, dirty vehicle. Also, that's like a half a car!...But still you were faster than me, indeed.

Couldn't beat your time with those products, but I definitely could using my go to Bilt Hamber products.
Go for it. Film it and put it up. I have a few ideas of other products I want to try.
