This recipe could have greater nutritional value and supported your claim of a healthy recipie had you not used Ghee at all (coconut, when heated, will release its natural oils, adding nutty flavor), and had substituted Gud (Jaggery) in place of refined sugar. You could have easily substituted Coconut/Palm Sugar, which has lower Glycemic Index. Using 300 gms of white sugar cannot produce a healthy product, and support your claim of a healthy recipe. It is far from it. Now I know why Indians of all ages develop and suffer from Type II Diabetes. It is all because of the excessive consumption of refined sugar, processed flour (Maida), and fried food.

You could have easily substituted Coconut/Palm Sugar, which has lower Glycemic Index.
Using 300 gms of white sugar cannot produce a healthy product, and support your claim of a healthy recipe. It is far from it.
Now I know why Indians of all ages develop and suffer from Type II Diabetes. It is all because of the excessive consumption of refined sugar, processed flour (Maida), and fried food.
