She had a creative control with the sound of her EDM pop album which hurt her career nobody was interested in it she then was dropped and went independently and still flopped due to the production being outdated and sounding too much like Adele . She's a wonderful singer but she's boring as an artist

But I'm happy to see she has accomplished a lot in her life, and is busy working in a industry that she's happy to be a part of. She is one of the best singers to come from the whole reality show conveyor belt. The TV ratings rocketed because of Leona, and I don't think Cowell ever gave her enough credit for making his show such a huge success. She's got such a great voice, I am hoping she makes a comeback some day, but that show seems to have a habit of burning people so I wouldn't blame her if she was happy enough to do whatever she's doing.

No. But there are some. It's easier to break into the American market if you live there and because America is much larger Britain if you want to grow your fan base its easier to move. Also America will pay a lot for British artists like Adele, Jesse J, Elton John etc, but a lot of British artists like Amy Whitehouse, Freddie Mercury, The Beatles, Stormzy and others turn down the offers. Britain won't pay American artists any extra to persuade them to emigrate.
