Just bought a brand new 2023 s1000r and it started leaking oil from the timing inspection cover at 500 miles. What’s going on bmw
I reckon once you get the bike dialled in like the S1000R you may find it will be even better and you will actually feel that extra 40bhp.
Could you make a video where you explain why you prefer the s1000r to the streetfighter v4s? I’m confused, you used to say the opposite to what you say now
I would like to see installs of your new upgrades regardless of wether you’ve done them on a different bike as we all enjoy watching it I also think it’s what viewers want to see just look how other install/build channels have so many subscribers 👍
Hey Bill. I think when you get headers, brentune etc you will change your tune. P.s. my guys at GOAZ Scottsdale can Dyno you. Mine put 191hp to the wheel after tune. Also really cleaned up the low end. I don’t have experience on S1000R to compare but over the weekend I have a Panigale V4SP2 a tough time ;)
Had my 2022 S1KR dynoed. 165whp with Akro titanium pipes with Akro slip on, stage 2 brentune and sprint filter.

I understand not doing full DIY videos, but maybe just build update videos every other week or something going over recent upgrades, additions, where you got them, why you got them, etc. Cause id watch any content of this bike at this point, keep up the awesome work 👌
BT will take care of that throttle response and ditch that map it takes like 30hp away at the top for a little torque in the middle. Torque drops off up top too
Hey bill I don't know if you made a video about it, but what did you not like about your superduke? I'm thinking of trading my panigale v4s for one since 99 percent of my riding is street riding and I got the chance to ride a friends superduke and had an absolute blast on it

Hey man, honest answer to my legit question--background, my M1000R comp pack with titanium exhaust is about to be delivered, but I have no obligation to take it. I have a 2021 SFV4S Bren Tuned. I am not sure if the change to the bike or the addition to the fleet is worth the $32k out the door price. Should I just wait? I go to track maybe 1 time every 1 to 2 months, and ride weekly in the LA canyons and surrounding area.

Hey Bill, Quick question after you installed the arrow headers. Did you find it difficult to remove the oil filter?
Ktm was the same on Tps. 36/36. Anything below the light was on.
What pressures do you recommend for spirited canyon riding on the Super corsa ?
What suspension issues did you have in the Streetfighter?
I saw a video of this bike before/after tuning. It seems the tuning bring almost 50hp in the mid range on the second gear. I assume it is the reason you find this bike really slower than the s1000r. So change the headers and tune it, it should be a really different experience after that. But is the m1000r so much better than the s1000r, not too sure

you should put your s1k against your m1k before tunning it, i think it will be interesting

Absolut lächerlich was du da erzählst. Das Bike ist der absolute Hammer !!! Alleine schon das du da anfängst die Bremsbeläge und den Auspuff zu wechseln zeigt mir das du keine Ahnung hast. BMW hat bei der Entwicklung dieses Motorrades alles bedacht und du fängst an mit teile austauschen. Kann ich nicht verstehen. Verkaufe das Teil lieber wieder und hol deine S1000 zurück wenn du die so viel besser findest.
Ich glaube er setzt den channel up das er die M1000R wieder verkaufen wird, einfach zu sehen. Agreed, das motorad kommt hammer von BMW,
I don’t understand because every test review I have seen on the Uk version of bike has had the riders smiling from ear to ear. I haven’t seen one duff review. I’m presuming that the US version is the same set up yet they look way more flighty and twitchy than the ones I’ve seen here. The pro riders that I have seen on RUclips have all had nothing but positive feedback regarding the power and handling of the bike. Strange.
The tune is different in the USA. 2nd gear has been made to feel like 100hp up to 9-10k rpm. Its EPA restrictions that screw up BMW design. The USA bikes require a tune. As for the pads- I found them outstanding.
