@CaliMotoTV I've been loving your content! I'm about to pull the trigger on a BMW S1000R (same as yours in fact) and have been watching all your videos for ideas. I do believe I'm going full SC Project or Akro for my exhaust, though I haven't completely made up my mind. I do have a question about your KTM SDR. I believe you mentioned it wasn't much to your liking and I'm curious why? I've heard horror stories about their warranty and electrical issues. However, I sat on one today and it was a very comfortable bike...which honestly bums me out, as it otherwise seems like a stellar machine. Either way, I'd be curious to hear your insight?
Is this the same bike that blew the engine rod? If yes, do you think it's true that BMW's weakness is when you try to tune the engine, the more it becomes a liability?
Saw a video with a dynorun (Moore maffia i think) they had a full system with a mesh in the end-can. The mesh lowered the power. When taken out there was a "big" difference.. just a thought

I’ve got my new headers being fitted 6th June with my m1000r competition when it goes in for its first service here in the UK but I’m keeping the Akrapovic silencer and am excited to hear how that sounds. I might have to start seeing when some of the tuning items are available here unless Brentune ship to the UK. Keep up the great work with the videos 😊
Any dealer that tells you that is conning you. Mine installed the headers, velocity stacks, moved the air sensor, flapper delete and did the Bren tune 2 and said it would stand by everything if anything went wrong. So far just brilliant. The R and RR are such tunable bikes but out the box are super restricted.
That is nonsense. You are not modifying the engine. Cali Moto TV had done alsorts to his M1000 R and when it blew, BMW replaced the engine straight away. Because the engine blowing had nothing to do with any mods.

What went into your decision to do the flapper delete as opposed to using the "flapper open" option with the stage 2 flash?

The KTM is a great road bike. Just do the servo delete and you’re good to go 👍🏼
any vibration on the handlebars? what mirrors do you have on?

They ship to the uk. Got a few kits from them already but customs will hit you. I think they have a dealer in the uk but never looked into it.
