with further research, the SRV is not a copycat but rather harley testing out wether the people would actually buy lightweight crusiers, anything below 600cc without the risk of damaging the HD brand. The SRV was a joint effort between HD & QJmotor. Hence why so many styling cues are reminiscent of the Sportser S
There is a very similar motorcycle in our area in Dubai, and it is from the same manufacturer, called the Binda Chinchilla. It is indeed a very beautiful v twin motorcycle with belt driven, and its price is affordable, about three thousand US dollars. Thanks a lot for the review
When I was young, for me it was all about performance. I rode a 1981 Kawasaki KZ750 for decades, and laughed as I left the Harley's in the dust. Until I rode one (a rental in Napa Valley, CA). Now to be clear, I didn't think it was better than my faster bike, but it was different, and I found the exact same experience of freedom and enjoyment on both my old Kawi as well as the Springer Softtail. I don't judge bikes anymore. Just the riders LOL
I was real tempted to order one, last year, from a dealer 1000 miles away from me. But I still need to see and sit one one in person and not sure about any dealer support anywhere near me.
I’ve owned three Harley’s, a Buell XB9r, and two Sportsters. One was a 1987 with a 1200cc cylinder head upgrade that had two spark plugs per cylinder. The other was an 883 iron. I wouldn’t mind having another 883 with the large fuel tank plus a good windscreen with triple storage cases on the back. I would definitely tour on it. This is a cool looking bike. Buell did have a single cylinder motorcycle.
Great sounding machine, and it s obvious that was a key feature in the design process. But dangerously close priced to the CFMoto CL-C 450 that has a belt drive and comes also from China, and what I think is a more established manufacturer. Great review!
Keep us posted! De asemenea, orice info despre accesorii (sissy bar, side-case-uri, top-case etc) e binevenita. Keep up the good work!
Hello Alex! This was good and compact, like this machine.😂 That sound of that exhaust is fantastic. I'm a scooter fan, but this one makes me smile. Perfect little motorcycle.😊
I've ridden it and there's something to be said about having a V-twin under you. The rebel is a great bike but for me it lacks character. Nothing to complain about it mechanically.
Hey Alex, do you guys have Royal Enfield in there? Cuz the QJ will come at end of the year here in Brazil, and I'm thinking about wait for this than to buy the RF Meteor 650
Don't go for RE....former RE owner here.... it's a horrible bike and you will face numerous engine stalling, oil leakage and clutch issues. And the meteor is not as powerful as the QJ motor srv 300...SRV 300 is 32 bhp and and RE meteor is only 20 bhp. The srv 300 has far better build quality and engineering than RE.
HD tried to sell a low cost model with their indian model and HD customers didn't like it. I think they should have went the Livewire way with a new brand spin off... anyway the QJ is nice and it's a pity they do not sell this model in France (only roadsters and trails, I guess that what people buys :( ) PS: the fact they made a V twin instead of the cheaper inline twin you can mount on any type of bike is showing up that Chinese companies have the upper hand those days.
Nice vid but you won't sell a 300cc HD. You are better off buying a Scout. A 650 in the shape of a 48 could work. Not like that bland Street model. Also HD are now not interested in the small spenders the now are after the big spenders.

That's very interesting, do you have some links to articles? If yes please post them.

- Makes sense indeed!😉

True! You can also buy a 2nd hand Honda Rebel 500 for the same price! And we all know what we get from a Honda.
Sounds amazing Alex I had a kymco venox 250 v twin cruiser also very nice
As a future owner, this video is REALLY good and complete in information and SOUND :)
Nice. A pity it's not available here in the UK.

Sper sa fie adus la Iași ca îl mai filmez o data pe strada. In materie de accesorii eu le-am găsit pe AliExpress.

I've heard that QJ Motorcycles have a collaboration with Harley-Davidson. Ain't sure. 😅
Called it, if it's true :))
Nice video Alex.
A nice looking bike seems reasonably priced. 🙏🇹🇭
If I would want a small light cruiser style motorcycle as a begginer motorcyclist, I would go for Honda Rebel 500.
I've ridden it and there's something to be said about having a V-twin under you. The rebel is a great bike but for me it lacks character. Nothing to complain about it mechanically.

The meteor is a more powerful and is an awesome bike, I have a video of it on the channel

I know în the US market a 300 would fail, but for the European market it would b a perfect fit as the entry level model.

Hi Alex what's your opinion between this and Um renegade freedom?
Never seen it so can't say anything about it.
Alex, what do you think about driving a 500cc three wheel scooter on a B licence?
Don't recommend it for safety, 125cc is OK but 500cc is a lot for someone with no experience.

Nice vid but you won't sell a 300cc HD.

Also HD are now not interested in the small spenders the now are after the big spenders.
I think în the European market it could work. In the US I don't think it would do well but for Europe we are used to small engines.
Nice Beard bro :D
Thank you 😁
Keeway produce un cruiser identic
Difera sunetul, l-am văzut și l-am auzit, cel de la keeway este mut ca și sunet din păcate :(
