    Great ab workout! I love how you incorporated the ball for each exercise. The nay thing I do struggle with is not hearing you talk. The demo before the exercise does help though.

    I used a cute strawberry cushion instead of a pilates ball, and it really makes all these exercises more advanced somehow, but I love to challenge myself! And thanks for this great video! ❤❤❤
