I still love and still play the classic SF2 series,Champion Edition is my favorite one in the series,Ken was indeed was the best character from Champion Edition and Turbo Hyper Fighting, the SF2 series I still play it today and I still have fun and enjoy it,the version I have at home is the Street Fighter Collection 2 on the PS1 which was the North American release.
The Street fighter collection on Capcom Generation 5 has no loading times to my knowledge, hence why it is highly seeked on Ebay and Amazon and why it is priced for a high value.
The Saturn version is so superior and so much better. More fluent animations and no loading times whatsoever. This is why I enjoy playing with a Saturn (welp, on a emulator) but still!
Nope, you're thinking the wrong way, my friend. Have you not seen how many great fighting games looked on Saturn? Get away from the PlayStation world and just pay attention here. What you're seeing is more animations and having to not deal with crappy lag on anything.
The arrange audio sound is so good for me

Ok then, saturn has less.loading but supposedly the ps1 has the original resolution. Which is the best version?

The Saturn port is actually the one with slowdown compared against PS1. It also has the wrong resolution
