    Hi, may I know what you use to listen to the sound coming from your DAW? Studio monitors/cabs?

    • @Avirothbard
      @Avirothbard  Месяц назад

      It is the Fender Silver Face amp plugin(1x12 Cab and 57').

      @@Avirothbard sorry, English is not my main language, so I don't know how to ask better. But I mean as in, what do you use to play that sound (after going through the sim amp) out loud while you're playing? Or you only listen to the guitar acoustically?

      Not a problem:)..Let’s see..The sound goes out from the daw/mac to the studio monitors(powered speakers) while I play/record. I do the mixing(and sometimes mastering)the same way-using the studio monitors by adjusting EQ and levels mainly.

      @@AvirothbardMonth late, but are your monitors the JBL LSR305P? Wondering whether you have to adapt from playing with monitors (5 inch speakers at that!) to an amp 🤔?

      @@lazy_camel Yea, these are the monitors I’m using and listening to when recording(if not headphones). It’s not as fun as using a real amp, but the setup is easier. It saves me time setting up mics and all that. Problem is that what sounds good in my home studio monitors, might not sounds the same in someone else’s smartphone etc, but they are good reference speakers. I used Genelec 8030 before and they were SUPER clean but they weren’t giving me what I needed(sold them).
