Connecting for Change: Bioneers by the Bay conference hosted by the Marion Institute is A SOLUTIONS BASED gathering that brings together a diverse audience to create deep and positive change in their communities. The conference connects the dots between food and farming, health and healing, indigenous knowledge, women and youth leadership, green business and restorative living.
ELLEN TADD - The Tadd Technique is the execution of comparing perception between focusing in the solar plexus region, commonly referred to as the gut, and the third eye located at the middle of the forehead. Through clairvoyant observation I have discovered that we are a solar plexus dominate culture. Most people live their lives while focused in the gut. This fact has many negative ramifications.
When we move our attention up to the point in the middle of our forehead our decision making skills improve, emotional balance is more sustainable, and we bring our wisest selves to the forefront of our daily challenges.
The Tadd Technique is easy to adopt, becomes a reliable tool, and everyone can benefit from it.
Ellen Tadd has taught, lectured, and counseled on actualizing spiritual potential in everyday life for more than thirty years. Shortly after completing her freshman year of college, she had the remarkable experience of being able to contact her deceased mother. That event healed her childhood trauma of denying her clairvoyant and clairaudient gifts and transformed her world view. She soon began to have contact with guides from the spiritual realms and discovered that she could serve as an intermediary between the material and spiritual worlds. Ellen is the author of The Wisdom of the Chakras, as well as Death and Letting Go.

Love to get what she has... it's what empaths can be doing but forget their power.

I was to busy trying to focus on looking out of my forehead to think about being late.
That's the trick, creating a distraction.

Beautiful information. Terrific technique. Should we ever close it ? I have heard it should not have it open always. Perhaps that is mis-information? 💞✨

Very helpful and inspiring. This technique had quite an impact on my view of the world as I did the exercise. But what about the heart chakra? The awareness of it has been crucial to my own development. Perhaps it could be incorporated into this technique?

She mentions the heart chakra in how we need to focus on the third eye in order to express our love appropriately. I like Ellen Tadd. She is practical in using our spiritual wisdom in the physical world. I agree with her that this is a reactive, solar plexus based society. I have fallen into that trap myself. This technique is very helpful. I find when I focus on a point, I start to feel like I'm daydreaming. I use to do that all the time when I was little. I realize now, it was my way of focusing on my third eye. I feel much more centered and calm when I do this.

If we all "chose" our lives, 98% of men would be rock stars and there'd be no one to flip burgers or pick up trash.

Jim Glenn You speak from a human perspective - not the soul perspective. Your words remind me of my own from years ago, when I truly believed that the rich and famous lived the happiest lives but that simply isn’t true - all you have to do to know this is realize how many kill themselves.
