Still using MAC eyeshadows after 30+ years. My preference has always been singles where I can make my own palette and MAC never disappoints. 💖

I can’t believe it took me so many years to try MAC. I have been a Glossier girl, a Fenty Face and a THRIVE disciple. There is just something about going to a small same brand store and getting what you need and knowing it’s going to work. I’m so sold and pretty much everything I’ve used. So funny , After ten to fifteen years my favorite comfort spot in makeup is MAC and Clinique.

MAC is that brand always have. we just got bombared with consumerism thanks to "influencers" and apps like tiktok and IG.

Look at that glow! I love the results; you can’t go wrong with MAC. Soft and Gentle will always be in my kit, as will all my MAC products. I don’t have the eyeliner, but I’m going to buy it. It looks beautiful, especially on brown eyes. I have something similar that I love to wear. This was so fun!
This was so fun! I have most of these colors so I’m going to try it on myself! Mac 224 brush was my very first makeup brush and that’s when the love of makeup really began. I still use the skinfinish daily! 💙

Omg over the Labor Day weekend I went in a MAC store and lost my mind. I’m sooo interested in their products and formulas now. I had a quad of eyeshadows from them in very basic boring colors (soft brown, Swiss chocolate, folie, and saddle) from YEARS ago that I never used and now I’m dipping in that palette all the time. I even created a new custom 15 pan palette. I’m obsessed with MAC right now

First heard about you through Susan Yara. glad you have our own channel! Regarding the MAC brush you said you had for a long time, just curious as to how long should you replace your brushes? If at all?
Love the look. I would like to buy a few products you mentioned, namely, the highlighter and lipstick. I do feel like I would have to modify the eye look since I have small eyes and are much older than you. With good skin you can get away with more makeup, still, you gotta be careful with your choice of textures and finish when you’re older.

I have been missing some soft mattes in my eyeshadow collection. Everything is bold glitter & at 55 my ageing eyes & fair skin look best in mattes & satins. Thanks for reminding of Mac. I have just ordered best of me, soft brown, samoa, orb, charcoal brown, omega, wedge & brule. Excited to get my delivery. Will probably then order some pencils & mascara etc. I love my mac foundation, blush & lippies.

Yeah that eyeliner is pretty unique.....I think it's described as a dirty dark red which sounds perfect!! And it definitely is a beautiful unique color!!! (Nudge nudge,ink ink) also the glow play blushes are an amazing blush!!! Top tier!
Love this so much! I love the extra detail you go into, how you describe how much pressure to use on the brush. Those little things make all the difference. Okay Nikki I have a question. When u FIRST START APPLYING the foundation (beside nose) It looks almost like it has shimmer particles in it......is that correct or is it just that glowy?? have u tried the new mac synthetic brushes? reviews say the 217 is totally different and very bad. lots of bad reviews across different websites. which stinks bc i wanted to buy a new one.

Is there a reason why you only set your makeup on your t-zone? I’m curious bc you mention you have oily skin and I do too so I set my entire face w RCMA setting powder😊
I really like MAC but I don't have a lot of their shadows, here in Australia they cost $25-$30 per shadow, I do have the Stranger Things palette and that was $80 (which is crazy to me! Never have I got so little shadow for so much money) Starry Night is my favourite one, I love it. The MAC powder foundation is the only one I can wear, powder foundation usually makes me look like a 50 year old gremlin
How should I use the Mac finishing powder in gold? I bought it by mistake and really don’t know how to use it …I’m thinking a highlighter? I feel like a gold tin man in the “wizard of oz”

Can you explain the MAC color selection for concealers & foundations and why you don’t choose the same tone across the board (ie you’re a C4 for foundation but a NW 25 for concealer)
