2:27 is the C350 with M276 engine (302 hp)
You used power ratings for the older M272 engine in those models.

Nah. The Eco means, that Start-Stop is activated

The M271 EVO engine have timing chain issue. It could be the problem as well.
Anyways, those wearied parts can reduce performance.
So the W204 C250 should be faster than this video was showing

@@iamcarl4591 I don't think it is timing chain or pulley related, that noise isn't perfectly syncronized with the RPM. I'd say it is the turbo
