The concept of this book is outstanding but message is very simple, just think good thoughts which unfortunately this book does not tell you how to do and which is extremely hard to do. Besides just will-power my recommendations are
1. Listen to good RUclips videos/podcast.
2. Stay very busy
3. Write out a list of issues you need resolve to think about these things during your free time.
4. Exercise so your brain is too tired to think of negative thoughts and the endomorphins fill your mind with a sense of calm
5. Get enough sleep and take a nap.
6. If are fortunate to have a good friend or companion you trust to share your private thoughts with. Maybe they can give you some good advice.
