Drone Footage Of Frozen Niagara Falls | NBC Nightly News
Visited Niagara Falls in the summer of 2017. It was breathtaking to see it in the summer and I bet it’s just as breathtaking to see it frozen over.
Some actual drone footage lasting more than 2-seconds would have been appropriate.
Well maybe we could see if you didn't jump cut every second. How do you turn something so beautiful into such a crap clip. All you had to do was overlay a reporters voice onto raw drone footage, but noooo, it was so important that we see a reported walk ten feet and spank a piece of ice.

As many times as I've seen the Falls, it never gets old. Thank God I have family there so I have an excuse to visit.

From Niagara Falls but live in Florida since retiring from the Navy in 1988, miss it but seeing it in winter makes me glad of my choice of where to live.
Florida tends to have quite a lot of retired people. Isn't the humidity down there unbearable at times?

The falls didn't freeze over in that year, ice up river stopped the water flow like a dam

You can not fly a drone at Niagara Falls because of all the Helicopter Traffic, which allows you to bring a far better camera into the air.
