So you talk about rule of thirds, but say dont center the person, then you show rules of thirds showing columns and such being in the thirds, yet the person is in the middle. The person IS the object of desire, same as if there were no columns and you centered them. See, rules of thirds is art, and art is by each persons eye, and not a good rule to go by because everyones eye is different for what they see, or want to see, in the picture.
The interesting thing is that you are also visualizing yourself according to the lecture being taught by you in all of your videos. This is what actually a professional should be. Thanks very much indeed ounce again.
Loving your videos! I have been following along, trying out the techniques with my camera and am loving the results. I would love and appreciate a video explaining camera lenses and when to use which ones, etc. Thank you :)
I think I've always done this naturally, but the added insight helps. I especially liked the mood note (woman looking out). Would love more on that alone. Thank you!

In the beginning of the video you had a few still shots of items that I am personally familiar with in such a way that they are of where I reside.. The phone booth and the architectural shot of the Court house... Did you actually take these photos? I guess what my point is is this; Seeing photographs of very familiar land marks only makes me seriously consider purchasing your video(s) of Digital Photography. However, you seemed to lack the recognition of them except for you saying that "here are some photos..." Ok, I'm interested but!!
The only thing that’s stopping me from enrolling in ur tutorial is that I don’t have a cc. I really like to enroll, to further enhance and diversify my photographic skills.

Outstanding. I use the thirds but never using horizontal. This has opened up a new world for me. Thank you so much!

Very interesting and a good reminder about the rule of thirds which is sometimes forgotten with all the other stuff youhave to remember. Thank you.

This is the best explanation of the rule of thirds I have seen. As the Japanese say: Doumo arigatou gozaimasu, _thank you very much._

What do you think to start with the m6 mark 2 and the 50-1.8 lenses with the adapter?
Do xt3 and x pro 3 cameras have settings to show a grid of 3rds in the display screen?
