I mean the quality doesn’t seem awful. I wouldn’t say it’s “low Quality” but it’s definitely not AMAZING Quality. Definitely better than your last scoop for sure. I personally don’t mind having “lower Quality” or imperfect crystals in my collection because every piece deserves a home. ❤️
Well at least you got what she pulled for you, unlike other mystery scoops you've reviewed. True the quality is less than stellar, with maybe only two pieces that were worth anything, but I felt it was more a wash than a total scam. They didn't give you what they said (blue for green fluorite and tree for moss agate). So either a marketing ploy or just misinformed. I think the value was pretty close to what you paid for, just nothing that I personally would want in my collection.

I personally think these scoops can be worth it. It doesn’t offend me if the quality for her is too fancy and she even says it’s just not her preference. She sells her own crystals so of course she’s more particular. I personally love crystals with character and don’t need them to be pristine. You buy what you can afford and they look pretty for the price. If you can’t get crystals for wholesale price that’s a pretty good deal. I’ve seen those size pieces for $30-$50 a piece. She’s just letting people know that you should be fully aware that the quality is not pristine that way more serious collectors are aware.

My friend bought from them and got 3 howlite towers that she didn’t get in the scoop. I think they change out stuff and I noticed she got one good or decent piece to every 2 awful pieces. Pinching every penny they can. Just NO ! I can’t
I just discovered the mystery scoop lives on TikTok and to be honest, I don’t get why they’re so popular. I know myself and I personally like to make a connection with a crystal over getting random pieces I’m most likely not going to be into. Also the “machine” they use for all of the crystals to move around in, I feel potentially damage the crystals and then they end up with chips, etc. It comes across very “money grab” like. Let’s offer a bunch of low quality, damaged, etc. pieces and make it seem like people are getting a good deal. I mean I can confess I’m a crystal addict haha and I can spot common, basic, low quality crystals from these lives. These lives also just don’t have the genuine feel you get from small businesses on Instagram that do crystal sales. Anyways, enough rambling. Haha Thanks for the review!
Yes I totally agree with this! So many collectors didn’t even want to buy online 4 years ago and now people buy mystery damaged crystals. I think this is targeted to people who like gambling vs. people who actually collect crystals

This was pretty interesting, I haven't heard of these mystery tiktok scoops before. I wouldn't have been as hard on the sphere for 2 reasons. 1. It *is* pretty and looks nicely polished. 2. Some people are blue/green colorblind. My dad was and would've called that blue. To my eyes it looks bluish-green, not like the super green flourite I've seen before. I haven't bought any lucky scoops but I have bought a LOT of beautiful crystals on the live tiktok crystal sale pages, 2 in particular that are very low prices and I have gotten really gorgeous pieces

Your tree agate tower glue doesn't get dirty from the tub, it's dirt in the air and bins when the glue is still hot. A lighter is what they recommend to remove it. But I thought agate was a harder stone (from seeing videos. I really don't know. I just know about the glue from being a crafter)

I avoid scoops because I have heard nothing but bad things about them, such as a lot of broken pieces. A lot of live shows use High Quality a LOT.

I think only the last yellow tower is fluorite. Other two look like calcite to me.
They are low grade yellow fluorite hence why they look like calcite but they are indeed fluorite
